BAD PROFILING: I was not allowed by their “own security” to go inside because I was dressed casually. Came back the next day, wearing my business suit. No problem getting in.Profiling in this sense is fundamentally an emotional, rather than a logical approach to security.I DO NOT recommend going to this store.

Isiah Williamson made my first purchase easy, was polite and understanding on the price range I wanted to stick with, he helped me find a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. The girl at the register Zoe wrapped it up nicely at the register as well, very friendly store! if you guys come to this location please ask for him to assist you

Terrible customer service! they sold us a pair of glasses which was defective (they brought it from the back and packaged it without showing us the actual glasses and we didn't notice it until ironically one of the managers pointed out the damage) and they would not exchange it! we called and emailed the corporate and they said they would have the store/district manager call us asking us to "allow 24 to 48 hours." It has now been 2 weeks and no one has contacted us despite us emailing the corporate (Shaquan-the Client Service to be exact) twice after this conversation!!! we wanted to pay more and buy a different pair but they would not hear us at all. it is absolutely unacceptable for YSL to treat their customers this way. I will be contacting the consumer affairs after this because this is outrageous!!!!

I was so excited when I heard YSL was coming to Galleria and I had a great experience here. I came in knowing the exact bag I wanted and was debating about the color. Cindy was so patient to provide me all the colors I requested for me to decide on. I needed to know if the bag will fit all my items and I was allowed to put my stuff in to see if it fits. Great customer service. I had a question after my purchase and Cindy was quick to respond to me.

I'm just your average boyfriend trying to shop and find a gift for my girlfriend, but have no idea about any of these products. Only know the brand name itself, as soon as I started to take pics so I can ask for opinions on what she would like best. I was approached and told that I'm not allowed to take pictures. I didn't think that taking pictures could harm the business or brand name itself. It definitely left a bad impression in my mind. I was just wanting to find a nice gift and not spend thousands of dollars on the wrong gift.

I just want to say that my shopping experience at YSL was a 10/10. Jenna M. went above and beyond and she gave me her best recommendations on wallets that would match well with the purse I bought. I especially appreciated the fact that she took her time and gave me her honest opinion. After a couple months of having my purse, unfortunately a little piece of hardware went missing while I was wearing my bag. I reached out to Jenna and she responded quick and took care of it no problem and without any hesitation. You are the best Jenna and my go to sales consultant. Thanks for providing great customer service!!

I went here yesterday with my husband and son to buy a wristlet. The SA Scarlett was so nice and helpful. She put out several bags in different colors to try on and see. I don't feel pressured to buy right away. I will definitely buy from her again. From guard and all staff members were super nice too. 2hr drive was worth it.

I hate coming over here to leave a comment like this about another business because I am a business owner myself for the past 12 years. But I drove from Elk Grove to Ysl store in Roseville at the galleria, the store close at 7pm. I got to the door at 6:51pm The security guy at the door stopped me and he said I cannot get in, I said why he said the store close at seven I said OK it’s 6:51pm, Again he said you cannot get in it don’t matter. I said let me talk to the manager and the manager was right there in the front she did not do anything the first question she asked me what are you trying to buy. So I left I did not feel comfortable after that. I hate to say this but this was profiling against me because I am a black man also I was wearing a T-shirt and shorts so maybe they perfile because of that also. but the real reason is because I am a black man going into the store nine minutes before they close. Stay away from this store be careful where you spend your money. Again I am a business owner there’s nothing in the store that I cannot afford but I choose to leave after they profile against me!

Joyce was really helpful and attentive, did not mind showing me all the bags. However, I just did not like what they have in stock at the moment. Not the store’s fault, just my preference. I ended up getting a handbag from the opposite store, but will definitely be back in the future solely because of Joyce. She made me feel great as a customer, even when I dressed down. I did not feel any judgment or snide.

I've had nothing but amazing experience at this store! My husband and I wanted to browse a little bit and see what they had in store... and my husband was in the mood to treat me for a handbag but I ended up buying a wristlet! The sales consultant I had was extremely nice and patient with me as I was browsing every product they had in store. I also loved how sweet the workers were with my daughter. They were watching her play while I was shopping around. The transaction was smooth and my sales consultant was very sweet! I would definitely shop back here again.

Having this store open at the Galleria a while back tempted me enough to purchase a present for myself after reaching an important career milestone. Isiah was fantastic; he assisted me as I browse over items and purchased a beautiful handbag. His patience and relaxed attitude helped make the overall shopping experience enjoyable (thank you again!). Recently on another visit, I wanted to look at some accessories and Jenna (I think that's her name?) was super helpful in answering my questions and offering suggestions on styles for the product I was interested in. So far this is one of the few high-end stores that's been pleasant overall.
