It’s on the first floor near Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel.
The store was clean and organized. Everyone was super friendly.
I did have a small issue with some thing I purchased in store ( no one’s fault.) and management was very proactive in calling me and taking care of the issue when I arrived back in the store.

Great store but they seem to be super busy and limited parking that is close to the store. The only option is a large back parking lot which makes it inconvenient. Always have nice workers helping, but always feeling rushed.

Shop at the store, just ignore the Sephora MANAGERS THO. Thank me later. The managers there don’t know the store policies and are rude to customers AND employees. They waste peoples time, they bully, and target the weak. So sad. Shop Sephora but don’t ask to speak with management. Issa joke. The MANAGERS specifically, could all use a retrain. Thanks.

Love Sephora both for shopping online & in-store. In addition to the luxury high end brands, I found that Sephora’s Blur&Primer is really good, goes on flawlessly abd us obky $16.

So crowded. So intensely scented inside. It's just really overwhelming. There should be more than one line for people to stand in. It just makes it that much more chaotic.

Went there friday morning, bough a fragrance and I asked for a free sample of any product. The cashier said no, I don't have any while not even looking for them and making me feel like I was bothering her. I find very hard to believe that Sephora doesn't have any free samples. Are the employees keeping them? what's going on?

Yesterday I bought a $50.00 gift card for a friend and when I asked if I could get samples to make her a "self care" package first I was told Sephora no longer makes samples then she said I could have 5 samples and though she wasn't helping anyone at the time she didn't help me to get the samples. This is not the first time I've been to this store with so many people working and talking to each other but not wanting to help customers. Had I known this was going to be the case again I would have bought a gift card at Nordstroms beauty dept. They always help their customers!

Katie made my visit to Sephora be quick (as I wished) and effective. She helped me find contour powder, the right color for concealer, mascara, lipstick, shades, etc., anyway, she was an angel!!! She got my taste and presented good things based on my budget. I tried all the things I bought and I am happy with my purchase. Now I’m ready for my wedding reception.

Usually I have a good experience at this Sephora. However, recently I had purchased a concealer (it was handed to me in box after a color matching) and when I brought it home, it had a try me sticker on it and was used. Upon trying to return it, the cashier was difficult and made the experience uncomfortable. It was as if she was accusing me of stealing. No apology from the manager that was called up and the cashier looked visibly annoyed.
This sephora may not be checking if returned items were used, be careful :/
Everyone else at this location has been a joy.

I recently came in and Kimiko was incredible! She helped me pick out everything from makeup to hair care and was super patient with me! I had a ton of questions and she walked me through everything and I’m super appreciative. Give that girl a raise!!

To the lady that pulled everyone out of line behind us and helped everyone first. Shame on you! You then proceeded to ignore me and help someone else behind me while my husband was coming to purchase a product. Seconds away!!! My husband had been standing in line for 20min and your excuse for not helping him was he was behind the black tape ? Sad. You don't help the people that have already been waiting too long!!! ??Customer service is literally your job! This is why people buy stuff on the internet! I'll take my business to the fountains. She was absolutely rude and so I walked out of there with no product. They won't get my business! Time was 3:45pm Thursday March 28th if you would like to review with your staff.
