What a beautiful Sephora experience all because of the girl who helped me, Gabi! Gabi was professional, knowledgeable, and so very personable. She was sweet, kind, and eager to answer my questions! Thank you Gabi!!! Will make this my Sephora store because of YOU! Someone give this girl a raise! Thank YOU Gabi for making my experience so enjoyable!

Same story as a lot of other reviews, online pickup here is always a hassle. The pickup spot keeps moving around the store, and no one's ever at the counter. I had to walk around just to find someone, and when I did, she was rude and dismissive. No apology, no help, just attitude. They really make you feel like you're bothering them by expecting service at their place of work

Ordered online for pick up. Employee's standing around talking, no eye contact. When I was able to ask someone, they sent me to stand in the front and wait. Zero customer arrive at this store. I am always greeted at the Galleria, won't ship at the Fountains.

I placed 2 orders (total of 35 items) online for in-store pickup during their sale in early April. I realized when I got home that one item ($25) was missing. I live about an hr away from this Sephora; I only went to that Sephora because they were the only one with the Dyson hairdryer in stock (was out of stock online too). I called the Rouge customer service # to see if I could get a refund/replacement, and the woman said I had to go back to the store I purchased it from to get it resolved. I called back another day, same story. I went back to this store 3 weeks later, as that was the first day I had time to drive 2 hrs, and talked to the manager, Stacy. She was quite rude in her tone throughout the entire interaction including saying, "uhhh yeah hello" when she had gone away for 5 mins to check on it and I was looking at other items in the meantime. She then told me she could give me merchandise credit, which I said was fine, and then she said she couldn't because the inventory # was accurate in their system and if I really didn't receive it, it would've showed an extra item. You think that I didn't check everywhere to make sure I didn't receive it/it didn't drop out of the bag and drove 2 hrs to go to this Sephora specifically b/c that's what customer service told me I had to do, and I was lying about not receiving a $25 item!? That's crazy. I went home and called Sephora customer service again, and the guy was very nice and apologetic and sent me a replacement and put through a complaint about the manager at this store.

I would normally leave this alone but after seeing the numerous other bad reviews from this store I thought I'd leave mine. I came here Sunday evening with my boyfriend. When we were walking up to the doors there was an older woman employee (or manager I'm not sure) standing in the way of the door without speaking to us. We were trying to squeeze in between her and the door and she looks back at us (clearly annoyed) and says that they close at 6pm. Totally understandable! Our bad, until we walked away and I look at the time to see it's 5:54pm. All I needed was to grab one thing knowing exactly where it was, she didn't know this (because she didn't ask). This really left a bad taste in my mouth because after working in customer service for years I would never block the door even one minute til close because that's disrespectful! I know "those people" can be annoying, but even I help them with a smile on my face because that's just what you do when you work in customer service. I have NEVER declined anyone at the door just because we're closing in 6 minutes and I have never experienced a place that has before here. Even a "come on in, just letting you know we close in 6 minutes" would've sufficed. I know you're trying to go home, but I would've well been out of there by 6:00pm. Call me a Karen, but as a customer if I make it to the store before you're officially closed I should still be able to make a purchase.

Paid for eyeliner and mascara and when I went home I found the that associate didn't put the dior eyeliner in the bag that I paid for. Totally understood things like that happen in retail so I went back to tell them with my receipt showing that I paid for it but explained that it was never put in the bag. The store manger refused to give me the eyeliner I paid for and saying that "I can't just give products" although I paid for it and I waited for 40 minutes for her claiming she's checking the cameras and didn't find anything I asked to speak to the district manager and she refused to give me their information. So basically I paid for a $40 eyeliner and never got so basically they stole my money and refused to give me the eyeliner that I paid for and never apologized for anything. And now I have to go back and forth and call customer service and waste time and energy for an associate mistake. (I've worked for over 10 years as a manager in retail) and accusing a customer of lying and stealing instead of apologizing for the mistake is definitely not the way to handle a situation. Neverrr shooing at Sephora again. Profiling people and discrimination of race I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received from the store manager at the Sephora 1013 galleria blvd suite 140 Roseville CA 95678 on Sunday February 23,25 The manager's behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory, making me feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and racially profiled. As I entered the store, I was immediately singled out by the manager, who began to closely monitor my actions and movements. I felt like I was being accused of shoplifting or wrongdoing without any justification. When I approached the counter to ask for assistance, the manager spoke to me in a condescending tone, making assumptions about my intentions and questioning my purchasing decisions. I was taken aback by the manager's behavior, which I perceived as racist and discriminatory. As a loyal customer, I have never experienced such disrespect and hostility from any Sephora staff member before. The manager's actions not only made me feel unwelcome but also created a hostile environment that compromised my shopping experience. I request that you take immediate action to address this incident, including: 1. Investigating the manager's behavior and taking disciplinary action if necessary. 2. Providing diversity and inclusion training to all staff members to prevent similar incidents in the future. 3. Offering a formal apology and a gesture of goodwill for the distress and discomfort caused. I hope that Sephora will take my complaint seriously and take concrete steps to ensure that all customers, regardless of their race or background, feel valued, respected, and welcome in their stores.

I have never met a Sephora I did not like! Of course the variety of products is amazing, number one. Secondly, customer service is always available....as in the moment you walk through the doors someone is greeting you. Everyone I have encountered is always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And if by chance whomever is assisting me, and he or she does not have the expertise in a particular area, they will find the in house associate who does. I really appreciate that about Sephora. So many quality items from which to choose. I have used the eyebrow waxing services several times with great results . Bright, well lit, clean, and organized stores. Definitely a fun place to browse and get educated about what is trending in the world of beauty products! My last encounter was to find a caramel color eyebrow powder. Lia not only knew the product lines but also provided an amazing tip on how to apply for the maximum wow factor! Thanks, Lia. Yet another successful Sephoria outing. Score!

I'm a regular, and a VIB Rouge member at Sephora. I come into this location a ton alone, and with my sister. I've had a few positive customer service experiences.. although this last time was an awful mess.
My sister and I went yesterday 11/11/24 to grab the OS Setting Spray, along with a few other pricier items that we knew we wanted to spend up on since it was the sale. We were aware of the promotional that we saw online, where we are able to spend $50 and get an included Sephora cloth tote bag. When we were at the register the employee an brunette woman with brown eyes, and bigger in stature was being friendly until we asked for the tote bag she was being condescending in her tone. Although we still got our transaction completed, afterward I was in the travel sized aisle spraying a Charlotte Tilbury setting spray, because I really wanted to know if it had a fragrance to it. I was going to purchase it. Until she stopped helping the next customer in line, and started yelling out to me that I'm not allowed to spray the product.
A few things that I have to say is wrong with this comment. First of all, my sister and I were just helped by her minutes ago, and she was interrupting the next customer in line. She didn't need to stop the 10 person line to scream at me rudely. Also, I just spent over $70 worth of products at the store. Who knows if I was going to purchase what I just "accidentally" sprayed. I wanted to see if I liked it the scent first. I do not know what her deal was. We left feeling outed, and not valued as customers after spending a lot of money.
My sister and I called and filed a complaint minutes after we left the store. The man we got on the phone was kind, and offered to let us know that he'll speak with his team. I most likely will not be coming back to this location. Which is a huge bummer because my sister and I enjoy shopping in store for our cosmetics.
