My experience today far exceeded my expectations! I was fortunate to be helped by Lindi. She mixed my color quickly and even helped me to the car with my paint. My contractor is coming tomorrow and said he preferred not to use the paint that I had purchased from a big box store. All in all my experience today will have me coming back again. And, no doubt, great paint and great service goes a long way!

Normally we purchase our paint from this location, but after a recent visit we will no longer be going here. We brought the cabinet door of our bathroom vanity to be paint match so we could paint a mirror (which I told them we were painting a mirror while there, so they were aware I was not painting this door.) They asked if we could leave the door and they would call when it was ready, got our name and number that's it. We get the call it's ready and my husband went in to pick it up and comes out looking horrified. Granted he should have said something more while in there but they messily slopped paint swatches all over the top on the door. They never once told us this would happen which I would have said no to regardless. I called back to ask them about this and how unhappy I was and all they could say was this is "standard practice" over and over. And then went on to tell me I would need to use paint thinner to remove the paint or should just repaint the door with the paint I picked up! How is this even remotely professional, let alone ok? I am completely appalled that they had no issue doing this. I will be getting an invoice from our contractor to see how much it will be to fix and send to them, who also can not believe they did this and said he will be referring his clients elsewhere. You have been warned.

Hours appear to be wrong on both the store website and on Google. I arrived at 5:40pm to pickup an order, but the doors were already locked.I could see two people working in the back of the store, but they ignored my knocking on the door.It would have taken them 2 minutes to simply hand off my order, but they chose to provide a poor customer experience.Never had such a poor experience with a Sherwin-Williams store in the past.

Had to buy fence stain. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and it was busy!!! Good job. I called ahead and they had another store bring what they had. They could of made me go to two stores to get what I needed, but that's what brings customers back good friendly service Thanks

The Harding location is awesome. The other options in Roseville are not nearly as good. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Harding location..

Hours posted on door and online said open til 6pm on Fridays. When I arrived at 5:45pm the lights were off and the doors locked.

Ulysses was super helpful and friendly! He helped us pick out a bunch of paint and helped us with it out to the car. Will definitely come here again for our paint needs.

I walked in and was greeted immediately by Jeremy. Usually anywhere I go now there is zero, minimal or horrible customer service but not here! I have some areas in my house that need touch up and thought I would need to buy new paint due to the leftover paint being 6 yrs old. Jeremy explained that paint doesn't go bad quickly as people think. He mixed the paint I bought in. He was professional, efficient, polite and honest! He did not have me spend money on new paint that I did not need. I did purchase a primer and utility knife. The store is nice, bright and clean. Thank you Jeremy for showing you care about your customers!
