I WENT TO FIX ONE OF MY LENSE CAMERA OF MY IPHONE AND HE CHARGED ME 90 DOLAR. SO IN OTHER PLACE THEY FIXED FOR 20 DLRS. THIS IS INSANE DONT GO OVER THERE.

Terrible place to buy cheap products. I bought a new I watch band. It broke the next day. I took it back and they refused to give a refund. I really didn't want another one since the products are clearly cheap. Forced to get another cheap band for $22. Would not recommend.

Do NOT waste your time and money here. They talk well including offering steep discounts to trap you and will try to get you to pay first. Don’t! My iPhone camera/flash stopped working right after they repair the screen and they angrily deny responsibility.

SCAM. DISHONEST. VIOLENT. Male worker initial quote was a rip off price then cut price multiple times down around 50% when u try to leave. His aggressive tactics got me to let him do to a back glass replacement. After 1 hr, got my phone back showing a tiny fragment sticking out from inside. He tried to shove it back in but unable then downplaying it saying it's a small thing, just don't look at it and it's not like I'm buying a house. Wow. I told him it's not sealed properly, water might get in, the fragment is scraping my finger and he needs to fix it or give my money back. Then he became violent, started cursing, and threatened that I don't want to mess with him or he will stab me with one of his sharp tool in hand. This is in front of my 2 kids who were also shocked. Male, ?Indian, dark brown skin, dark hair, ~5'6, ~180lbs. Police report. BEWARE. You might get killed doing business here.

Took an iPhone 12 with a cracked back to him. He said it would be 30 minutes. This was on a weekday at around 1pm. Not a busy time. Told him I would only pay after he fixed it. ( didn't want to be stuck waiting in case I came back and he hadn't done anything with it) came back after 30 minutes and he had fixed it. Even had him change that protective glass in the front since it was all cracked. He was polite and did a very good job.

I brought my phone into their kiosk in order to repair a cracked screen. They examined the phone, looked at it and went to their computer to verify that they had the correct screen replacement in stock. They said that they did have the correct screen, quoted me a price and said that they'd be done in 45 minutes to an hour. They charged me up front for the service and gave me a receipt. I came back between 45 minutes and an hour later and nothing had been done on my phone. Turns out that they didn't have the correct screen and I wasted my time waiting for them. They did not apologize but then tried to sell me on letting them "special order" the screen to arrive in 3-4 days. Um, no way! I asked for a refund and after multiple attempts to sell me on that ordering and waiting days for the screen to come in stock they agreed to the refund. BUT THEN, they accidentally CHARGED me again instead of issuing the refund, setting off all kinds of alarms and notifications from my CC company. They eventually did get the refund processed right, but what a hassle. I found another location outside of the mall that had my screen in stock and fixed it same day for less money than Sky Touch was charging me in the first place. I was just out my time and having to deal with the hassle and their pushy, poor customer service. What a mess!

I would give them NO stars if I could. I brought my cracked phone here for them to replace the screen. After and hour I picked up my phone, a few mins later I went back to complain that the display colors were very off, my display was shaking and there was light showing on the sides of my phone. For some reason my phone no longer fit in my case. The guy I spoke with said that he would order a new screen and if it didn't work he would give me my money back. A few days later after many headaches my phone was getting worse. I went back to get my money back and he said he "Never said he would give me a refund of any kind." He said he would try to fix it but I asked him why didn't he try to fix it the day I complained about it, no reply on his part. Also I could lift the screen up with my finger nail without even trying. Nowhere around the kiosk does it say "no refunds or that they get there screens off of eBay." Over all this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I put in a complaint to the mall manager.

Terrible. Said it would take 20 minutes to replace phone battery. An hour later they decide to tell us battery is out of stock. Terrible service. Aweful customer service!!
