We like our bed, BUT with a split king at the top only, we are TRAPPED into buying Sleep Number sheets. We woke this am to a foot long shred by my husbands shins. The sheet's are 1 year and less than a month old, but the warranty is only good for 12 months. The sheets are SUPER expensive and they won't do anything about it. We are more than disappointed in the sheets and forced to buy new ones at full price, knowing they won't last...I am adding to this after I shared this. I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. I waited 3 hours for a call back, but never got it. I finally reached Raven, the representative that helped me out and gave me a new set of sheets. It was a frustrating day of phone calls (4-5 calls), but finally got the help we should have in the beginning.

Really love sleep number. We have had ours for 11 years. Went in to get some nice sheets that fit the bed and get some new pillows. Big thanks to Brooklyn for showing us all the options!

HORRIBLE!!!! Bought the queen i8 with adjustable base I was told in the store by the sales rep within the first 100 nights everything is returnable I witnessed this being told to other couples as well in store. I was having seizures so my mother came to lock in the order as we didn’t want to miss out on the sale same day FYI WE WERE ALSO TOLD BY SERVICE REP THIS BED CAME WITH A PHYSICAL REMOTE AS PART OF THE PROMOTION. The bed was delivered and noticed right away sagging in the foam and the frame jolted when it would move up and down , my partner and I roll into each-other- and the best is not plush or soft it’s very hard the delivery team said give it some time for the foam to decompress. So we did!! The delivery team told me to download an app to my phone to use the base- excuse me huh? Where’s the remote? He said the app is the remote!!!!After over a month sleeping on it I Called customer service wanting to return everything for a full refund- they assured me I could but wanted to try something first so they sent out a comfort fit pad, chamber kit, new bed cover and more foam to make the bed softer it was installed today and it made the bed worse. I called cyst service to return everything while sleep number techs were still at my house they told me I can only return the mattress but they would charge me $267 to pick it up. I said hold up what!!!!! I assured them the store told me I could return everything and customer service told me that same thing. The two supervisors I spoke to were very snarky and said if the contract is signed regardless of who signed it doesn’t matter you can’t return it.COMPLETE BS- do not buy a sleep number bed with an adjustable base unless you are fully aware and okay with their return policies. ( btw my mother was told she was signing a delivery contract- SMH!!!!!!)

Staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about buying some expensive sheets that I absolutely needed. Im as happy clam in with my new sheets and can't wait to buy more. btw, Don't own a sleep number bed but now wish I do

We got our bed Oct 11, 2022.In February, the bed leans a lot to the left and is lumpy. Also on my husband's side it is sliding off the bottom. Called customer service, talked to 3 different people for over an hour. Sent pictures etc. They send out a guy, with mattress straps and he says to get a foot rail. WHAT! Needless to say, no foot rail has ever come our way, which isn't the bed is gettng worse.Customer service just blows you off. So we now have an $8000 bed that is the worst bed we have ever had! Don't do it

I purchased a bed on credit, and I felt scammed once I was told they also gave me a credit card from them, which I didn't ask for. Very underhanded way of doing business.

I bought my first sleep number in 2003 and still love it to this day, so after buying a house and needing to furnish a guest room, decided to put the old one in the guest room and treat myself to a new one. I will say the store sales person was great and really patient with me taking a long time to decide on a bed. The reason for taking a long time is because the beds have completely changed from what they used to be and are not nearly as comfortable. With a guarantee of their 100 day return policy, I finally chose one. First problem, after I made the purchase decision, I was informed of the no return policy on the base but assured the warranty is solid. Then my bed is delivered and I find out I need to register the base with a completely different company. The next day I discover the button on the side of the base that is supposed to put it into your saved favorite position doesn't work. Combined with a very irritating app that forces you to reload pages and drill down into menus when you're half asleep, it's ridiculous. The store salesperson told me that the remote controls are just on back order and that my name is on the list for one, however the delivery guys tell me that they're discontinued. I called the store and asked about it again and was reassured I would be getting a remote. Sales person also said someone would call me about the button not working. I waited and no one called, so I called them, got transferred all over the place, then sat on hold for an hour before hanging up. At this point I'm so frustrated that I call my sales person again, who arranges again for someone to call me. They finally call a few days later and schedule a service tech appointment. Fast forward a couple of weeks and they come today, only to tell me they can't fix it and I would be getting a call from customer service to arrange having it swapped out. Oh yeah, and they also tell me the remote controls are discontinued. After they leave, customer service calls and tells me that I have to call the other company for the appointment to swap out the base, that they can't schedule it for me. I've been sitting on hold with that company now as I type this for an hour!This is all compounded by the fact that I haven't had a good night night sleep since I bought this thing and customer service is the worst I've experienced anywhere ever!Oh yeah and the whole decision to buy a new bed was based on the premise that I could get a new pillow top for my existing one that I was moving to the guest room. Customer service told me it was $258, so I moved forward. A week later I receive the wrong item - a foam insert instead of the pillow top. I call customer service and they tell me the pillow top is $1000. When I bought my first bed in 2003, I raved about it so much that 5 family members, 2 coworkers and 3 friends ended up buying as well. I will be sure to tell them all now that will need replacements soon to look elsewhere, along with anyone else who's looking. It's a shame that customer service has gone from great to horrible and the bed is not comfortable, but if I send it back I'm stuck with a $2000 base that can't be returned, and from what I'm reading in other reviews, also can't be used with another bed. What a total waste of $4500!This is a follow up to the reply from the business owner posting a link to the in home trial policy. It is no help to post this after the purchase has been made. The issue is that the no return policy on the base is not disclosed to the customer until after the purchase decision, and it's written on the back of a piece of paper the customer is signing and skirted over at the store as not being a big deal. Throughout the whole sales and selection process at the store, the in home trial policy is presented as a no risk factor for such a large purchase, and it's very shady to present this exception in this manner after the purchase decision is made and the final papers are being signed. We bought our bed at this location 5 years ago. For the last six months, it does not inflate properly. We ordered parts online 5 months ago. Todate, we have not received them. My husband went into the store for help. They declined to help in any way. DO NOT buy a Sleep Number Bed!...BTW, the warranty is terrible. So even when you pay for parts out of pocket (like we have), you get nothing!So today (after some time has past) sleep number responds to my review saying they are ready to help.Yet when my husband went in to get help months ago, the people in the store were dismissive and blamed the delays on the parts coming from China. They said they had no control and had no timeframe to give us for arrival.Today, December 3rd, we have nothing. I have been battling cancer and have been unable to sleep in my own bed for the duration of my recovery. No one should be denied their own bed. Yet the Sleep Number people are doing that to me.Look at the date of my original post, look at how long it has been. And, TODAY, I get a response. A canned response. Do not do business with this company!

Brooklyn assisted me with my dream bed! I appreciate how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Brooklyn is! I got sheets, a bed , headboard , pillows, sheets, pillow protectors, coverlet, mattress box , my c4 mattress, mattress frame and legs! I have been so happy since this purchase. Brooklyn has been so patient, and helpful to me, that I can't thank Sleep Number enough for hiring such incredible people like Brooklyn! Moving forward I will come back to Brooklyn!
