DO NOT BRING YOUR BABY Here for a blood draw. They don’t know what they are doing. They don’t have a bassinet or anything for your baby on. Then she uses a large needle - that didn’t hit any veins, collapsed the vein, and tried to fish around in my new borns arm, while she’s screaming her head off. We have been seen at Sutter Davis for everything else, and they were fantastic. No screaming, no fishing for a vein. And it was a quick heel poke, and we were on our way. For some reason this office is poorly run, and I will never get labs drawn here. They are next to the pediatric office, and can’t draw blood for a baby? How sad. Everyone at Davis sutter were so so great, gentle, had a very nice warm heated pad for the baby, and even told me that they will take the extra time for a heel poke because there’s no safe and easy way to get the arm draw. Just don’t waste your time with a blood draw here. Unless you want a baby with two bruised and collapsed veins in her arms and screaming her head off at 16 days old…

Simply love this lab. Besides the perk of opening at 6;30 am, staff is punctual, precise, and polite. This lab runs smoothly and efficiently.

It's a nice enough lab with okay service, but the waiting room is tiny, so you will be exposed to the elements outside while you wait for an hour or so. With all the profitability of Sutter, you would think they could afford to put a roof over their patients heads, it reminds me of getting care in a third world country... waiting outside.

Was sent away twice trying to get pre-op labs done. Even came back at the time I was told at prior attempt. No one here can give you a straight answer. Dreading surgery date they might put me at risk for who knows what while trying to figure out what they are doing.

I’ve been bringing my kids here for over 7 years now. The staff are friendly and compassionate. I love that this is such a large practice, because there is always a doctor available to see you. We adore our pediatrician but have also had a positive experience with all of the providers we’ve seen. It does tend to take a little longer to get well child appts than I’d prefer. They offer self scheduling, messaging, prescription renewal, and access to your child’s chart via MySutterHealthOnline.org. The office does use an out of state centralized call center, which can create a game of phone tag since you are not able to call back into the doctors office directly. During office hours they also provide phone advice via a registered nurse.

My 8 year old daughter came in today and was seen by Sierra (not sure how she spells it). Sierra did a great job, was patient with my little patient and I appreciate it greatly because she may need more lab work routinely in the future, and I wanted her first time to go smoothly and it did. Thank so much! Sutter is always the best!

Rolando has exceptional demeanor and technique. Very happy, in and out in 12 mins and dealt with us parents with patience and understanding. Great team work and knowledge of the craft.

A Dr Dahnda, she was not wearing a mask entering the building, She was handed a mask and then just kept walking right through the building, I confronted her that she needs to wear the mask and she said I am a doctor. I was inside the building wearing my mask and it is posted on the front of the building ALL PERSONS ENTERING MUST WEAR A MASK. JUST BECAUSE SHE IS A DOCTOR THAT IS NO EXCUSE. I THOUGHT COMING TO SUTTER MEDICAL CENTER THINGS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SAFE FOR STAFF AND PATIENTS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HOPE SHE IS TALKED TO BY ADMINISTRATION ABOVE HER.

Efficient, excellent safety practices. Blood draw was quick and small pinch to start. Nice open waiting area with distance seating.
