Unless you want to be treated as a liar and a thief and have agents be disrespectful to you then don't go here!! I have had issues with Tmobile since July of 2022 when I got my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Well February 6, I woke up and that phone wouldn't turn on. I went into the store. Sat there for almost an hour, and not one agent said a word to me or any other customers. I asked an employee how long it was going to be because I have an appointment to get my lashes done in 40 minutes. She said "isn't a phone more important than your lashes?" That was strike 1 and I should have went somewhere else. I left. Called Tmobile they had me trouble shoot it said I can go back to the store and upgrade my device and wouldn't have a down payment but they were also sending me a warranty phone for replacement on the other device. Went got my lashes done, came back. Someone helped me super quick. Well I checked my account and was charged way more for the phone then what was told. Called Tmobile on phone again, they said to return it and they'll refund me and recharge me the correct amount. Went back in, nothing but issues again on top of attitude from the employees because I kept going in and out . My warranty phone showed delivered to the store, they said it wasn't no where to be found. Tmobile on the phone said the employees name it was delivered too and agents in store just didn't care. Then the manager agent on the phone asked to speak to the manager of the store, the manager of the store had attitude as well. The Tmobile manager on the phone saw all the notes of what I've dealt with the past 2 years; so he was trying to make it right but the store manager was giving attitude . The girl in the store kept rolling her eyes with attitude and had smart remarks to everything I repeated from the manager of Tmobile on the phone . Manager on the phone said my phone showed employees name that got the phone and that it was their and the girl employee kept having attitude saying it wasn't which she should have figured something out then instead of being rude to a customer who is only repeating what the agents on the phone are saying and is trying to get her phone fixed. I left Tmobile that day and went to Verizon which was the best thing ever. Tmobile wanted me to pay $1100 for the new iPhone 15 pro max and Verizon all I had to pay was $108 out the door . I will never go back to Tmobile . Even the Verizon employees are more joyful happy and excited when you go in their but Tmobile the moment you walk in had mad faces and attitude. Save yourself time and go somewhere else

E.ployee was so kind and helpful. I literally upgraded and added two kids tracker watches and I'm paying over $100 less than my at&t bill was. Soooooo glad I switched and the employee was so helpful. Went from $295 to $168 and got a newer wayyyy better phone.

Why does it take over an hour buy a new phone when you have several sales associates and no one else in the store besides me?I don't know either.

Didn't have phone deal available that was offered online that very morning. Salesperson immediately started pushing us hard to switch to a plan that would double our monthly cost compared to our current plan. I call that "Bait & Switch"!

Cody at the Pleasant Grove location was amazing. When you see someone try as hard as Cody did, to help me, it is just something you just have to comment about. I have a child in the military who will be deployed, the only communication, when available, email. For some reason, my internet access through my phone stopped, part was an issue not related to my phone, part was. In any case, Cody was over the top persistent, asked for my phone and would contact me, as soon as the situation was resolved. They were able to resolve my issue and we were back up the same day. There really aren't words to express how grateful I am, you have no idea what you have accomplished, thank you so much.

I confess that I only come to this location when I'm redeeming T-Mobile Tuesday's freebies. I prefer to claim my items on opening time, and as late as lunch rush. Staff would usually ask upon entering if one was claiming giveaways and would request the customer to claim the deal on the app. Quick in and out.

Ugh the employee's here are so unprofessional. I got my time wasted by a man who gaslighted me the entire time by saying I couldn't get a new phone because of my storage amount. The next day I went to the Douglas location & I bought the iPhone 15 there instead. The man here (which I unfortunately did not catch his name) also was not giving my sister and I his attention, and was just completely insulting how much photos & apps I had. We left feeling like our time was wasted & it was extremely unproffesional because he said my phone had water damage when it did not when I went to the other T.Mobile store. I did not trust what he said. He just wanted to give me a hard time. Another employee was dealing with a customer who was unhappy & he turned to his co-worker and told him how annoyed he was. How un-professional. Do yourself a favor and go to the Douglas location. Service is absolutely terrible. I insulted the entire time.

I had a lot of problems getting my daughter cell in Indeana done !! they just could be hounst so I came here and was so helped two hours it was done sooooo sweet !’ Thanks Tanikiah. H. Your number 1. Best ever in years with TMoble ! Should get a raise if working for me it happen U went 150 percent helpfull set up cell too ! Thanks so much Scott and Angela. Lasseson

Went in there because the T-Mobile in the galleria tried to sell me stuff I didn't need or want . Long story short came to this location and Cody I believe was his name was super nice and helpful . Literally went in and was out with my new phone 10 mins later . Highly recommend this store ONLY ! Avoid the galleria one at all costs .
