Huge shoutout to Kris whose customer service goes above and beyond! Unlike my very disappointing experience at the Pleasant Grove location, Kris prioritized understanding my mom's needs and preferences over pushing for the highest priced option. His patience and willingness to explore other promotions and discuss alternative choices showed commitment to customer satisfaction. The phone my mom was looking for was unfortunately not available at the store; yet, Kris remained helpful to the end and didn't try to rush us. The level of professionalism at this store sets it apart and makes it my go-to destination for future visits. I highly recommend this location!

I've had nothing but, great experiences with T-Mobile ever since switching from Cricket. There's so many options with T-Mobile, that I get overwhelmed in a good way trying to decide on them... ?The data is fast, no lag, no dropped calls and the Internet is flawless so far. I'm very happy with my switch to T-Mobile.

I have been with AT&T for 30 years, it was time to renew and I decided to check out what T-Mobile had to offer. I got more service (added an Apple watch) and unlimited data for less money. And, they are giving me free Netflix, so I can stop paying $15 a month for that too. Worked with Poulad, he was clear, straight forward and made it simple to understand. I was impressed. We are switching service, shall see how this works.

Had to arrange an account and new phone for a friend, transfer data, etc from MetroPCS. The staff works like a well oiled clock. Took care of all of our needs swiftly. Every person who came in the door was greeted and attended to immediately. I was impressed.

This will be a tough review to write! I really have enjoyed T- mobile and I still do. I went to the Douglas/sierra college location to buy my phone cuz it had the best reviews for customer service. Customer service is important to me so off to the Douglas store I go. I had decided to buy an iPhone 14 pro because it was the best phone for me. I didn't have a trade in phone because iPhone 6S plus is worthless as a trade in. So straight purchase of iPhone 14 pro. Ok no problem. So I wanted a gold colored phone but they were out so they said purple or black. I chose purple. Employee goes in the back and after ten minutes comes back and says they only have black. Ok I guess it's black because I came to buy a phone, not a color. So it's a straight purchase, no trade in for $41 a month. That's great. So I got an otter box case for $70 and a camera lens protector for $20. Great, things are going great and I'm finally upgrading my phone! The otter box cases are very tough and protect the phone very well. But they are hard to install as evidenced by the fact that they are new cases that the staff aren't necessarily familiar with and all three of the staff attempted to install it as it is difficult to install but one of the most capable of protecting the iPhone!!! Anyway everything is great! I'm getting my iPhone 14 pro so I'm happy. So the otter box case is practically bomb proof. Wait, what I can't say that? Ok I will chill.So now we put a lens protector on the camera too. So I have everything I came for and I'm ready to leave cuz when I buy a phone I buy it and leave. Not trying to be here long. So the iPhone 14 pro comes with a usb- c cable but not a box. So now they want $20 for a box. I don't need it cuz I have a lamp with a usb- c plug. But I asked the employee helping me to discount the box or the case or something!!! Sheeeesh, I was at Xfinity the day before and the $70 otter box case was only $50 and the $20 lens protectors are like a couple bucks at most places. So it's still a good review and the employees are great so it's just prices that are high! Like a device connection charge of $35. T mobile should be paying me for being a valuable, loyal customer, right? Down payment of $77.50. Tax $77.50 Total due today is $209.45. iPhone is $999.99 on a monthly payment. The good thing is the monthly payments are interest free. Anyway I have my phone and I am happy and I'm not gonna let the greedy corporate shareholders ruin my day! I don't think the local employees get to decide policy or pricing. T-mobile maybe should think about a small discount here or there!!! It would go a long way!!!!!

No voicemail for 8 days. Could not get into billing as it would not recognize user. Manager is useless with a over the top everything is good attitude. Had to write T mobile to get us fixed up but then the price had gone on$25. They want to sell you high but cant seem to get the pone working correct. Run to another place went to store twice and came back after 90 minutes, still not able to fix. Our phones should be half price fr he incompetent service

So this is an easy one absolutely incredible experience, working with Ovas at the Douglas location I have been dealing with a screen protector issue and getting it replaced per the insurance replacement service that T-Mobile offers. I had been to two previous stores that had both placed orders that never got to me. I was going on over a month waiting, and still had received nothing. I called the Douglas store to ask them if they had a the replacements and they said they did. Unfortunately since I had purchased a different brand when I bought it, they were unable to replace the screen protector with the brand they had in stock. I spent time talking to T-Mobile customer service on the phone with extreme frustration and little to no help. One of the employees at the store, Ovas, heard me talking on the phone to T-Mobile and long story short, He ended up finding a replacement that would work to say that it was exemplary Service is an understatement. I am so pleased with how this turned out, and that is all because of Ovas and how he went above and beyond. Absolutely incredible employees and he deserves much more kudos and he gets. Very very happy customer here and this will be the only T-Mobile location I will revisit

Yelp T Mobile I went to the T Mobile Store on Douglas in Roseville today. I was a previous Metro PCS customer. I needed to replace my phone. Gabrielle assisted me. All I can say is a huge thank you. She transferred my previous Metro to now T Mobile. I got so much more than I ever expected. I got a great phone, with much more than I got with Metro. Gabrielle was very professional, explained things well, the whole process was completed in what seemed to be a very short time. The entire store, seemed so customer oriented, friendly, worked together, unusual these days. You really need to go in and see what they have to offer, I think you will be surprised, I know I was.

I'm a cute little old lady but they were so nice to me it was so wonderful All the skill because I hadn't had the use of my phone at all and hadn't been able to turn it on at all and they were so good about that the man was his name Jacob or Jasper

This location of T-Mobile is very good service. The interior decor of the location is much nicer than other ones, and very comfortable, friendly, and helpful atmosphere. They have all the right equipment in stock. That is very convenient. One particular employee named, Eric, was especially helpful. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. If you are looking for a T-Mobile location to visit, this one is highly recommend. Their team will make your phone transactions successful. New iPhone 14 pro, with two lines, attached to one phone, one business phone number, one personal phone number .
