I called and they got me in immediately on a Saturday to fix a rear flat tire on my mountain bike. I brought my bike into another shop 3 times to only repeatly get flat tires within minutes of riding. Trek Bicycle made some adjustments and I'm no longer getting flats tires. Thanks for the solid work I'll be back!

Super easy to work with the team of RJ, Brooke and Joe. Fit me and my kids with new bikes, and made returning the first ones I bought a breeze. Went to 3 local bike shops, and Trek was hands down the best one for us.
