And Mark in the service department... a true gem. He's been working on my bikes for the past 25 years... even those with Campy parts!”

“I brought in a 1995 bike for repairs. The first thing the tech said. Maybe you should buy a new one. 700 for a new one. I said..What can you do to this (1995) old one to get it running. $180 later. New tires. Brakes etc. Etc. I'm happy. If you see a 75 year old man on a 30 year old bike. 👋 wave. I am very happy with there work. There're service people.
I looked at the new ones with a battery. 3500$.
I worked for Ford 1974. A Ford Granada new was $2750.
Things have changed.”
