“These guys are solid, polite, professional, and attentive to detail. Miguel upfront is knowledgable, informative, and great at keeping the customer informed. I previously brought my vehicle in for one issue, and they found another which was100% legitimate & necessary. Called near close Friday night 8/22, & I dropped the vehicle off Sat. 8/23 @ 8:30am for a water pump/cooling estimate. Estimate and diagnosis by 9:30 am, parts ordered and job complete by 4:30pm the same day. 4.5hrs labor because the pump is buried on a V8. Vehicle back same day, they absorbed diagnosis fee and $$ was VERY fair. 10/10 Would recommend!”

“I called and spoke with Sidney about my 2019 Chevy Silverado. She texted me several off-road tire options for snow, along with pricing, which made things super convenient. Even if they don’t have a tire in stock, they can get it by the next day. I brought my truck in at 8:30 a.m. and was out by 9:30 a.m. They had me park in the bay and got to work right away. While traveling with my newborn, I got a sudden flat tire on Memorial day - a few hours from home and an hour from my destination. While most places were closed due to the holiday, I was able to call the team here so they knew the tow truck was on route while I coordinated a ride for myself. By the time I arrived, they were taking a look at my tire and had it patched/ready to go in just a few minutes - getting my little and I back on the road and safely to our destination. Many thanks to the team here for heling out a new mom with care and proffesionalism.”

“I have used Sig's Mobile Tire service twice now! Once in November and once today. The first time, I required a completely new tire. Today, I had a flat and Jesus found a nail and patched it up for me.Both times, service was extremely fast and professional. Nothing is worse than being stuck with a flat tire! “I had poor service at another location but thank God for Sonny, James, Anthony and Gavin. They corrected and resolved the problem. Sonny truly takes pride at the work and service they all provide as well as educating his customers for proper maintenance for our vehicles. I was truly disheartened with the service that was initially provided at a different location but this location bring back my faith to be able to feel secure even as a female needing tire and battery service. “I had a great experience at Les Schwab, and I especially want to recognize Memo for his honesty, skill, and excellent service.
I came in for an alignment, and the team was quick, efficient, and very professional from the moment I arrived. During the service, they found that my car needed additional work that could have required extra labor and cost. They explained the situation and asked if I was okay with the additional charge, which I appreciated.
However, Memo was able to use his experience and skill to complete the work in less time than expected. Instead of charging me the higher amount originally discussed, he came back and told me they would be charging me less. That level of honesty and professionalism really stood out to me.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and I left feeling very grateful and confident in their work. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future car needs.”

“Overall, this location demonstrated great management, excellent customer service, and highly skilled personnel. The staff was professional, courteous, and made the overall experience a positive one.
One piece of advice I'd like to share with other customers: if you have brand-new expensive rims, take clear photos of all four before having new tires installed, and point out their condition to the staff before the work begins.
In my case, two of my four rims were scratched during the tire replacement process. Unfortunately, because I had not documented their condition beforehand or noted that they were free of scratches on the service paperwork, I learned that the signed agreement limited Costco's responsibility for cosmetic damage claims.
This isn't meant to discourage anyone from using their tire services—it's simply a reminder to protect yourself by documenting the condition of your wheels before any work is performed and by reading the service agreement carefully before signing. Taking a few extra minutes beforehand can help avoid misunderstandings later.”
