“This company is absolutely the best transportation service in the Folsom area. Dean is an amazing driver and makes you feel so safe an secure as a passenger. He is very personable on the phone and goes above and beyond to provide his services. He is open 24 hours a day, and will do anything in his power to accommodate me, even if I booked just a couple hours earlier. They take me to San Jose, SFO, Reno.. you name it! They don't charge extra for wait time, despite my plane sometimes running late! I always tip because this service is truly unmatched. I sometimes look forward to riding with Dean more than I do my own plane ride! I recommend Folsom Lake Express; please try them out, you will not be disappointed!”

“Everything went well. This was a hard job. The truck was parked a bit far from the front door, and it was hot that day but they guys work hard and steady without a complaint. They wrap everything professionally. The cost is higher than last time we moved but as we know everything is going up. We bought them lunch and tipped them . We were pleased.”

“I recently rented a truck from this location, a Dodge Ram. I reserved it 2 weeks prior and I had zero issues getting it. The gentleman and the very helpful lady who just started working at this location was very helpful! I believe her name was Kayley. She was very friendly. I felt bad because they were ready to go home at 5pm and it took a little longer to explain some things about the 2025 Ram truck we rented. I read some bad reviews about this location, but I’m here to tell you she is making a difference already! Thank you kind LADY!”
