I rarely write a bad review but dropping this off was practically impossible to find. Then i recieved a bill for the bridge toll...I wanted to drop at sunrise and when i asked about the toll they said it was taken care of. They had a nice large facility and great customer service! GO TO U-HAUL ON SUNRISE!

I've used this location over 20 times for my business to rent a trailer and I have never left a review but I'm going to because I am sick and tired of this place never pulling their shi* together. One person being helped at the counter and I've been waiting 30 minutes where everyone else is walking around, doing jack sh** it looks like. This place need a full turnover, no one is in a hurry at all to help you, and it is like this every single time. Whoever manages this place needs to learn something about customer service. Keep your employees at the counter to help, that should be the NUMBER 1 Priority.

If I could give a negative star I would. Rented a pick up at the Roseville location which started off good. Got in true k next morning and a little leather container rolled out under the seat and low and behold a Crystal meth glass pipe with residue still Inside, I immediately called into call center and asked for a call from a manager regards to my findings, I was told Michele Conzi would call me Monday morning with urgency. Welp she didnt call after a couple messages being left. I finally spoke to her and told her what happened and all she could do is apologize, well that is not good enough because I could have gotten pulled over and the situation could have gone really bad. She said the 9nly she could do is give a $25 off future rental or I could use it in the store, you got to be kidding me. I will contact corporate and voice my concern and unsatisfactory response from a so called managet. SO RENTER BEWARE LOOL UNDER ALL SEATS AND RIGS BEFORE YOU RENT FROM UHAUL!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst ran uhaul ever!!! I have been in a line of 5 people for over 30 min and nothing has happened. There are two guys at the counter and one always has to ask the other for help, so no one is getting their order completed. I personally am running late. I made my reservation over the phone an hour ago and have a wife with our crying baby in the car. Worst experience ever!

If I could give minus stars, I would. The manager there is on a power trip. They're customer service sucks! Wait time was atrocious. I called yesterday with a pick-up time at 8. Found a nail in my truck tire in the morning which took a minute to repair. I waited on hold for 30 minutes in the morning to let them know and nobody answered. 45 minutes in line which put me there at 10. Then the manager tells me that I needed to have the trailer back by 2:15. What? I had it for a 12 hour period! He wouldn't give it to me. Needless to say I will never go to U-Haul ever again! Omg! So pissed!

Rented a truck to finish our moving process. We were charged 50$ originally, took pictures and did everything asked as to finalize the rental. Returned the truck on time, and 3-5 days later, received almost a $400 charge because employees said there were 2 scratches not originally on the truck. We followed every step as to insure there were no extra damages, as the truck already had scratches. Customer service was absolutely absurd and when we tried to dispute the charges, i got a very unprofessional email saying theres nothing they can do. At least be professional if youre coming from corporate. Would not recommend.

This uhaul was unprofessional wben askibg for an extension.. Was referred to scheduling to make sure rental was booked. It had no reserves after me, gave me no option but to pay. Or rental would be reported stolen. Never again no customer service Never again a friend referred me but wished never ended up there

I should have read the reviews before renting a truck here. I returned a truck which needed fuel and an extra days worth of charges. They told me I needed the manager to close my account but it was the weekend and they weren't there. I called multiple times and stopped by the store to track down the manager. No luck. She was 'out at the bank'. Not shockingly, I got an email to pay the amount 2 weeks later which said their was a $30 late fee assigned 3 days prior. I just paid the amount to move on. Then a week after that, U-haul billed my card for another $103. After calling corporate they don't show my original payment even though my bank cleared it weeks ago. Now waiting to be contacted by corporate to see if they'll return my money that they removed from my bank account without my knowledge. I thought this was an isolated incident but looks like quite a few people have this issue with this location.

On March 23rd, my parents Melody and Craig rented a furniture dolly so they could bring home a new refrigerator. The dolly rental was only supposed to cost $27.83. My parents rented the dolly, brought home the refrigerator and returned the dolly within 2 hours of renting the dolly. Now, in the month of May, U haul is still arguing my parents never returned the dolly. They have charged my parents $234.73 in 7 different charges to their bank account. They were then told they had returned it, they did not reverse the charges. Then they claimed the dolly was damaged, which it was not. After that, they turned my parents over to collections. My parents had to cancel their debit cards and have new cards issued to prevent further fraudulent charges. To this day, this location is still refusing to admit they have the dolly and it was not damaged. My parents had this dolly less than two hours. Even if it was damaged, what dolly costs almost $300? And it definitely was not damaged. There are many signs on this property that state the location has surveillance cameras. Why have they not pulled their own footage of my parents returning the dolly that afternoon? I'm sure the equipment all has inventory serial numbers to track the property...how many people have rented that dolly between now and March 23rd? My parents have called their corporate office a minimum of five times to resolve the issue and still not have received the attention this issue is due. If U-Haul does not resolve this issue, we will be taking them to small claims court for fraud. We also have GPS tracking in our phones that can prove the two times we picked up and delivered the dolly. In addition, the manager helped unload the dolly from my mother's truck and did not see any damage when he helped unload the equipment.

This is the second time I've had the unfortunate need to be here. Let me tell you that I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. But now it is clear, the staff could care less about customer service. One old guy and one younger. Old guy is beyond believable with his I don't care attitude. Young guy at least tries to be helpful. Unless you have time and patience, I'd find another location. :). Good luck!!

I reserved a trailer online and came by at the agreed upon pick up time the following day. There were only a few people in front of me in line, but after 30 minutes they had only helped one person. I thought maybe that was a unique customer and that things would have gone faster from there. I was wrong. After 10 more minutes without line movement I had to off load some coffee...but they don't have a public restroom :/. Waited another 5 and could over hear the customer at the counter ask if he would get more time added to his rental due to the hour he had already wasted in line. At this point, with 2 more folks in line ahead of me and the likelihood of wetting my pants increasing by the moment, I left to find a bathroom. I came back 30 minutes later to find 11 people in line a head of me with the same speed of service. I will be looking ANYWHERE else for my next truck or trailer rental, and you should too.
