I beg to differ with some of the negative comments I've just seen here. If you look closer you'll see that despite a few random one-star reviews, UFCW gets a string of solid positive messages from their customers. Consumers need to understand and remember that a customer service representative (CSR) is there to assist YOU and didn't cause the problem... just trying to find a solution. They don't deserve some of the rude, obnoxious treatment from angry people who turn on them for simply trying to help.Yes, I had some trouble with getting open enrollment to go through recently. Yes, it was mostly MY fault since I waited until the last minute. Yes, their phone system was overwhelmed. Yes, the online website was crashing and acting funky overall due to high traffic.However, a kind member of the CSR team from UFCW helped me with the final process. So, thank you DANICA for all of your assistance, patience, and understanding.

Well it's a nice office went there to get my wellness step done I only have 75% because of my Biometrics which I have done 10/27/2022 So I don't know what's going on! Confuse employee

I work for Safeway as a checker. I was out on sick leave 2 months back, because I filled out form incorrectly there was a lapse in my health benefit. In a panic I called and Regina assisted my husband and I on speaker phone and with ease corrected the missed box on the form, she gave us outstanding customer service and peace of mind. Went to fill my prescriptions today, only to find out I am not covered. I work full time at Raleys in Elk Grove . Apparently you need to redo your health benefits every year. I was not aware of this so called the customer service line. After 6 minutes of recordings a person answers very rude and unprofessional she transformed me to her supervisor, all I could hear was giggling, apparently they do t have much work to do in the middle of a world wide crisis. Needless to say they were no help whatsoever.
