Great customer service! I came in for a few things and wanted to pick up a lighter foundation shade (my skin had gotten pale in the winter) but I couldn't remember what my previous shade was. The employee saw me swatching on my hand (I was about to give up) and politely asked if I needed help. She color matched me on her first try. With the correct undertones. When I got back home I wanted to double check the undertones and it was all correct! It was the exact shade number I wanted!

Why pay $12 for a fancy pair of tweezers on Amazon that will get delivered free to your door when you could waste time and gas money to come here and pay $29 for them? This store is gross.

I was purchasing my items today at the UltaCreekside location when I overhead a non-English speaking customer being swayed into signing up for a store credit card. The customer was not aware of what was being done and rather than the employee bypassing the application & completing the sale. The employee asked for the customer’s ID and began the application anyway. The customer was confused and looking around for help, while other Ulta employees congratulated the cashier who was committing the fraud. Fortunately, my husband was able to translate & advise the customer that she was signing up for a credit card. The customer panicked & immediately denied the application, while my husband helped her to bypass the inquiry questions on the screen. The customer thanked my husband multiple times, while the employees stood there and did not say anything. I’m not sure what the incentive is for these employees who sign up customers for credit cards. Regardless of the incentive, they should always maintain a good level of professionalism and integrity. I do not feel comfortable shopping in an establishment that condones such deceptive, fraudulent behavior. Signing up a customer for a credit card who is unable to read and agree to the terms and conditions is illegal. I’m not sure how many other customers have been impacted by this fraudulent process, but this is theft and these employees should be held accountable.

Five star customer experience thanks to MARIE! Marie helped my mom pick out the perfect perfume and scheduled a make up appointment for her for an upcoming event. Marie is SO sweet and personable! She had us laughing the whole time we were in there! Best customer service I’ve received! She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Marie goes above and beyond for her customers!
