Went in there today and just wow. I could not believe the woman there belittling the young man she was training. Absolutely sickening to watch. Than im buying a box mind u im standing there with packing tape in hand. The kid charges me for the box she screams no runs over and adds 4 dollars to my total. At this point im irritated already but ask for the 4 dollars is l. She rolls her eyes and say we have to pack it. I said no ill do it myself. She than got worse and took charge off. Than she tells the kid just give her the box.. no one should have to deal with that.

The notary here is incredibly rude. I truly recommend finding a more customer friendly place to do business. I was trying to explain which forms I needed and she refused to listen, instead she continued to talk over me. I will never come back to this store or recommend UPS.

James was AMAZING today working fast and efficiently even with the never ending amount of people coming into the store. A busy day for him but he made my experience very pleasant. Hopefully the impatient ones didn't show themselves to him too much today. Thank you JAMES.

I recently visited UPS Store 4462 for some notary services and had a very positive experience. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff member who assisted me with the notary services was exceptionally helpful and supportive. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain the process to me, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I left the store feeling very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of notary services or any other postal needs.

Attention to manager : As business owner i had such a bad experience with this place. Lady with glasses has a very very bad attitude and rude. She rolled up eyes and said oh my God. She ruined my day. Customer service ridiculous. She need learn how to work with customers. 0 star even not worth it.

I had an excellent experience at the UPS Store on Sunrise Avenue! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They are conveniently located for me, they're small and efficient. I like that it maintains my frequently 'shipped to' addresses which speeds up the time it takes to process my order. USPS is usually a bit cheaper to ship than UPS but the saved time and locations convenience UPS stores offer are worth the few extra $$.
