Waited till I got to the front of line to let us know that we can scan and put it in the box. Said that the box full and overflowing. She said I know and shrugged. Bad service and everything full and dirty.

Owner non responsive to calls or emails
Took my money but package was not delivered. The store blames UPS which they represent so, total fail by the store and UPS. Would be nice if the owner would reach out, if he's responsible.

The ladies managing the store today were friendly and prompt. The store was tidy and honestly had a good vibe! Especially noteworthy is Maria. I’ve had several LiveScans over the years but none have been as efficient and quick as this one. Thanks Maria (and the rest of the staff) I’m moving all of my shipping business to this store.

I frequent this store at least once weekly to process and ship out my online returns. A huge shout out to Cassandra, who is always friendly and efficient. When I was in the store the other day, there was an extremely rude man who works for Premier Pools and Spas in front of me who was speaking to Cassandra in a demanding and condescending manner. She handled the rude customer with the utmost professionalism while multitasking to process my return at the same time. Thank you Cassandra for your amazing service!
