We needed help with a few time consuming items. Stephanie, one of the Notaries there helped us with everything we brought in. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Her and the other female store employee were helpful, friendly and efficient for every customer that came in while we were there. This store is a very busy location so quite a few customers came in while we were being helped. We will be using this UPS store from now on, because of their outstanding customer service.

My dad and I came here previously for Canadian passport photos (something that is very hard to find) and they were super accommodating and familiar with the process. I came back to get new photos and she said they couldn’t do it. I let her know my dad and I had successfully done it in the past, so there should be no reason they can’t now. Got the run around about managers not being in and they don’t have the capability to do such a thing. I get it’s not the person who’s working there’s fault so it’s more of an inconsistency thing for me. Why was I able to before but not now? Stupid.

Crystal who handles all of my Amazon returns there is amazing she is polite she is kind she's always helpful and greets everyone with a smile I tell all my friends and family to go to The UPS Store for their returns and shipping services she is truly a blessing and a wonderful young girl she gets 10 Stars

This location is great for me personally because it’s close to my home, so I’m always going here. The store is clean and the staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. Each drop off is quick and easy, with long lines moving at an efficient rate. I’ve been happy with each visit here, I don’t go anywhere else if I don’t have to due to the positive experiences. 👍🏻

No directions for what to do or where to do the Amazon drops. Offered help after I was done doing most of it. Stated I did not want help since a customer explained it to me. Continued to touch my items instead of respecting my request for no help. Really terrible service. Will continue using the ups I normally frequent even though this is closer.

I have been in the store twice, both times a short bald guy has “helped” me. He is rude and unhelpful if he cannot at least try then this is not the job for him. If you ask for help he snaps at you and doesn’t help. Today was the last time I will go in to that business.

Thank you to Cassandra and all of her hard work getting my UPS business to work. I tried to go to the Sunrise location. They said they could do it; but they couldn't. Cassandra was friendly and helped me take care of something that's been lingering for weeks.

Cassandra is tops! I came in with 7 boxes and she had them all put together professionally in a snap! She is friendly, likes to work with clients and is excellent in every respect. Been having trouble with Amazon returns. Instructions from Amazon said to give box to attendant, they would package and label it. They wouldn’t look at my phone which had the required scan info. One time The item was packaged with proper label, they wanted me to unpackaged it. It’s been the same person each time.

I recently had the pleasure meeting with a UPS worker named Tan, and I must say he exceeded all expectations. Tan went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and that I was well taken care of throughout the entire process.
Not only was Tan incredibly nice and personable, but he also displayed a great deal of knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had with ease, making me feel confident and reassured throughout the entire experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend Tan for any of your UPS needs. His professionalism, friendly demeanor, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart from the rest. Thank you, Tan, for all of your help – you are a true asset to the UPS team!
