Banks in general rarely seem to have that great of customer service so when we started banking here we felt like we found a different kind of bank. A bank that trusts its customers history and they provide amazing customer service. We have pulled out a few loans here for various reasons over the years and everything went super smooth. I was shocked to read the reviews on here the other day because I have not had a bad experience. Some people just get lucky and that might be my wife and I but I really don't think so. We will always check US bank when we need to pull a loan or invest in CD's.

if I could give this bank a 0 I would worst customer service ever the teller at this location absolutely has no people skills no personality and was absolutely rude! to try and get a loan here or a credit card is absolutely impossible. Even if you've been a member for a while I'm done with this place. I am going to a credit union. I see other reviews with the same issues. I don't even know how this bank stays open they can't even help you on their main line which is globally I do not recommend this bank at all. If you do try to get a credit card beware their interest rate is 28% fine print

They need more Spanish speakers and better employees. My mom went and the lady stopped helping her because she couldn’t communicate with my mom so she came back home and my sister went with her and they still didn’t help them they didn’t even try to help they just said they couldn’t.

My first &’ last time coming RUDE employees they literally throw your cards if it doesn’t have the US Bank logo careful with a short chubby long black hair female with a mole in her face! She’s RUDE to the max! I never had complaints about this bank until this location until she “helped me” if she treats people like this management needs to discipline their employees or find someone else who’s people friendly not having employees treating people like dogs I would rate zero but it won’t allow me.

Branch manager Mr. Gomez is an excellent leader for this location. He is great at his job and truly cares about the customers.

Their ATMs are NEVER working! This is an absolute joke! They take the deposit and then I have to file a claim to have it actually deposited into my account 7-10 business days later?! Are you serious? Switching banks…horrendous customer service

Had an online video chat appointment with Adam Naser. However, he decided not to show up saying he doesn't have a computer. I think he's a lying lazy worker who didn't feel like doing his job. I wanted personal service after opening my account and discussing how to move my funds to this bank. I never received a debit card, couldn't create a login, and my account number was invalid. I was simply trying to switch banks but literally had to navigate clueless employees. My entire experience with opening an account, trying to get my debit card, working with their mortgage team, etc. It was all a disaster. Adam was the icing on the cake- I'm so sick of this company, I closed my account. To top it off, Adam ended my appointment logging that I cancelled rather than he declined to do the meeting as I REQUESTED THAT HIS COMPANY OFFERS. That's like going into a branch and having to talk over the phone still with the 800 number. Well whats the point?? Fools..

this is my favorite bank branch in all of Sacramento hands-down the people here have amazing customer service they actually care about the customers… Anthony is a wonderful branch Manager, Adam is also super friendly and professional… I will drive across town to go to this bank instead of any other thanks again guys for the great customer service you should be voted best US Bank in 916!

If I could do 0 stars I would!! WORST TELLERS EVER. Incompetent, Un-trained, and Mundane. Choose another US bank ranch. Trust me! And if you decide to go here you will see what I mean. Who ever the manager is for this branch, your teaching skills are horrible and you need to train your tellers to find solutions, not keep the problem going.

RUN!!!! Worst company (not bank COMPANY) I have ever delt with. To many issues to list them all. I have been with US for 2 years and have to go in monthly because there is so many issues. I have gone through 5 debit cards because they keep canceling them. They canceled my credit card and it shows $0 balance and $0 due, no letters or nother. Surprise I am behind on payments and my credit is now affected. I never received a letter and I can't make a payment online because it shows nothing. I tired to cancel my debit account then they charge me $700 in overdraft fees . I called them the day it happened, the day after Thanks Giving, when I was on vacation. They said they would not charged overdraft fees. They still charged me and continued to charge me. They refuse to refund $500 of the fees.

They don’t cash checks issued by US Bank???…being bias on a $9000 check. One location didn’t have enough money. So they sent us to another branch to be denied service. Just deposited into my Golden 1 account thanks for the great service!

This bank is horrible, Daven Sighn likes to argue with customers then is speechless when he realizes the customer is right ? you shouldn't even be working at a bank you can barely speak English and I can't even understand you. Daven should be fired for arguing with customers and laughing at them when he tells them there problem. Us bank is a joke, there overdraft rules will triple charge you for 1 overdraft, there Zelle customer service tells you to call zelle even though zelle tells you they can't access your bank account. I wouldn't be surprised if this bank goes under, I actually hope it does
