Some tellers are very helpful

I wouldn't give the branch any stars. This branch inside Safeway at WoodCreek Oaks has the worst customer service. The tellers are rude and unhelpful. After waiting in the teller line, I was rudely directed to use the ATM, after completing my transaction, my Citibank card was not returned. I had to wait in line (again) to request my card. The tellers all told me "if you're using a card from another bank, it won't return card and will shred it". I said can't you open the back if the ATM and retrieve my card. Again the tellers told me there's nothing to retrieve, it's shredded. Finally another teller ( perhaps the supervisor) stepped in and said maybe she could help me. She preceded to go in the back room and retrieved my card. I live in this neighborhood and have accounts at multiple banking establishments. Rather than be rude to me because I'm not a U.S bank member, if the teller would have been more pleasant and helpful, I would consider opening an account with US Bank. I'll open a secondary account at SAFE CU across the street.

They would not exchange five dollars worth of mixed change for me. (Mostly quarters) They were rude and not helpful at all. They told me I needed to roll them but it wasn’t enough to roll and I should not have to pay a fee for using coinstar for a small amount. Another branch helped me. I have been with US bank for my entire life and this was by far worst service and too lazy to count.

I’ve been a US Bank member for a while now and every branch has gone above and beyond….except for this particular one. I need a simple request done in this crazy housing market and these people magically can’t figure out how to do it. I’ve had this request filled before by other branches and in fact had it filled RIGHT AFTER these people couldn’t figure it out. I get that it might be past the tellers comprehension(bc she looked new, tho all tellers except this one I’ve come across have been super knowledgeable)so she calls the manager, which is good, but this manager is either willfully lazy or too incompetent to even try to call in to figure out how to get it done. Bc they tell me to call into customer service rather than THEM call in to figure out how to do what I have literally had done before. So I call the new branch in Rocklin and the guy there that seems brand new got it done in about 2 seconds.Be careful in using this branch as wait times are horrendous normally anyways, they’re super lazy and couldn’t be bothered.

US Bank is already not great, but this branch...good grief, stay away. TERRIBLE customer service and on top of that, they truly could not care less if you walk away unsatisfied. Way better banking options are available these days.

Absolutely the worst customer service you can experience. The attitude of the ladies employees of this branch and In general is beyond ridiculous. Every time I have to endure the pain to deal With this bank, for years now, I have thought of writing this post about how bad US Bank really is ...And finally!! Doing it. Do not put your money on this bank. I am Moving mine.

Horrible service and bad manager at this Us Bank location. I cant believe that having all forms of ID I cant acess my money because I did not have my phone with me for some kind of code to be txted to me. I am closing my acounts with this Bank , we are the people should not be depending on our phones to access our own money with Proof of ID, or multiple ID s . The worse experience ever by calling customer service and being promised that I will be helped by someone scheduling phone appointment and no one ever called to help or provided a number where to call for help :(( This bank went bad…

I've been with U.S. Bank for years and typically have great service! With that, I have had several very negative experiences with this branch. I tried to close an account and it took several months, a number of phone calls, and many unhelpful comments to finally get it closed. The lady who works there (typically on Saturday's when I go) is very unprofessional and made several snide remarks. Although, Adam N. was a great help and very friendly.. the only saving grace of this location.

The woman who works here is so unhelpful. Every time I have called to get help, she instantly replies "I don't think I can do that". She doesn't spend time trying, super unhelpful. I also closed an account at this location with her, and it didn't even close. So I had overdraft fees in my account. The manager that works there is so helpful and solved all my issues. If she tells you that she can't help, ask to speak to someone else or call the US bank customer service line. I'm not sure of her name but she works here most days.

So I bank with various banks, none of them seem to go above and beyond like US Bank especially this location. Banks don't seem to have good operating hours as this US Bank inside Safeway. Stephen has always came to the rescue. I am of Asian descent so I really celebrate Chinese New Year and with red envelopes and 2021 Year of the Ox calendar on the house, what a great way to start my new year! In addition, this branch is efficient, they move their lines quickly with ample staffing unlike other branches where there's staff but no one seems to help move the line along. Thank you Stephen at this US Bank for your consistent courtesy and professionalism giving me a good reason as to why I value banking with US Bank because sometimes it's the people that make you come back

It's not a conspiracy if everyone feels the same way. I've had the misfortune of dealing with these girls at USBank Woodcreek Oaks on more than one occasion, and its not just the rude tone they have when they speak to customers but its just the fact that its so apparent they couldn't care less if they helped you or not... maybe USBank needs to pay them more or treat them better... I honestly don't know, but it must be their pay or work conditions that has them so angry at the world lol.

Worst in helping their customers since they started closing locations. I was here yesterday waited 15 minutes for a person who can help with my request cause the other two employees couldn't. I scheduled an appointment today at 10:00. Same people here and the person who can help me is with someone. Been waiting here 15 minutes. This is ridiculous. Stay true to your appointments. Bring in more staff that can do more than just one thing.
