Had an online video chat appointment with Adam Naser. However, he decided not to show up saying he doesn't have a computer. I think he's a lying lazy worker who didn't feel like doing his job. I wanted personal service after opening my account and discussing how to move my funds to this bank. I never received a debit card, couldn't create a login, and my account number was invalid. I was simply trying to switch banks but literally had to navigate clueless employees. My entire experience with opening an account, trying to get my debit card, working with their mortgage team, etc. It was all a disaster. Adam was the icing on the cake- I'm so sick of this company, I closed my account. To top it off, Adam ended my appointment logging that I cancelled rather than he declined to do the meeting as I REQUESTED THAT HIS COMPANY OFFERS. That's like going into a branch and having to talk over the phone still with the 800 number. Well whats the point?? Fools..

If I could do 0 stars I would!! WORST TELLERS EVER. Incompetent, Un-trained, and Mundane. Choose another US bank ranch. Trust me! And if you decide to go here you will see what I mean. Who ever the manager is for this branch, your teaching skills are horrible and you need to train your tellers to find solutions, not keep the problem going.

I have been banking with us bank for over ten years and never really had any complaints until today. I have a credit card through USBank that I recently paid off and had additional questions about the credit process and my next step in continuing to build credit. Additionally I had questions in regards to home loans. I came I early Saturday morning and the teller was quick to tell me that I could just use the USbank app to apply for a new credit card. She also explained a personal banker couldn't help me with the information I was asking about and suggested I use " Youtube " to find more information. As someone who is 27, I know how to use a application and I'm not sure why personal bankers are available in the branch if I'm going to be told to go online and figure it out on my own. Forgive me for trying to maintain my credit properly. Using youtube to manage my credit seems to be young person's poor choice and a huge mistake. I'm not sure why I was even suggested to do so. I was not offered to wait for a personal banker to become available even though I would be willing to wait for one without a issue. I was told I could schedule a appointment for a future weekday to speak with someone ( This could be useless if you work a regular, full-time job ). Additionally, This area only has one branch location and the location is only open until 5 pm on weekdays. The Safeway locations across the area have closed. I'm not sitting on the phone for over a hour to talk someone as I fell like the result is usually misleading or a waste of time. I did not like the service I received and never have had an issue with this location until today. Will try a different location next weekend and see if I can get better service.

Today's date-12-3-2020 time-11:30-1145 am If i could give zero star i would,this employee by the name of amy,skinny ,long curls, was very rude and so unprofessional,she needs to be disciplined and needs to have a serious training on customer service..

If you like going to bank locations that are closed but are advertised as open this is the bank for you. If you like waiting in long lines every time you have to go inside this is the bank for you. News flash US BANK, If customers are lined up out the door maybe you should open another teller. I have never seen more than 2 tellers upfront no matter how big the lines is. Today 9/1/2020 - Waited 38 minutes in line to get a money order. Fully understand this happens from time to time but this is everyday occurrence. This is honest assessment of this bank. Not jaded, just frustrated with the way this place is day to day.

Sunny the Branch Manager in Roseville is simply the BEST! I had an issue and was panicked and Sunny went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was taken care of and followed up. I highly recommend and will always bank at US Bank.

Horrible customer service!!! This is the third and last time I'm going to deal with this branch. If I could, I would give it zero stars. I went in to talk with a banking account assistant. Not one person greeted me. After 25 minutes, I asked if I would be able to meet with someone today. I was told yes... in 10-15 minutes. After 45 more minutes, I was still waiting. Meanwhile two of the assistants sat at their computers pretending to be busy. I am so disappointed in the service. As I said at the beginning, this is not my first bad experience. Terrible, terrible customer service!!!

Not sure why so many negative reviews. Went there this week due to the update with the app and locked out as I didn't have a PIN number associated with my debit card. I've tried multiple times at another location to help with my PIN and no luck. Derek, one of the personal bankers, personally walked out to the ATM with me and in less than a minute had my PIN set up and had me logged into the app. THANK YOU DEREK! This is the bank I will now go to if I need any assistance.

I popped by this location to open an additional savings account and had the pleasure of working with Personal Banker, Matthew Loiseaux,who was phenomenal! Very kind, professional, resources and QUICK. Time was of the essence so his professionalism and speed were appreciated.
