I think it's just a normal post office.There are two post offices in Roseville, one of them.I have stocked up on the minimum amount of Forever postage stamps I need.I rarely go to the post office, but I think it's a very normal response.The only regret is that airmail is the only option for sending parcels overseas.Previously, there was sea shipping.Shipping costs are vastly different.I think it depends on the country we are sending it to.Well, this isn't the post office's responsibility.The parking lot is spacious and I have never had any problems parking.It will depend on the time though. It's a very ordinary post office.

Don’t go here. They blatantly lie to you to upsell you. Told me today they no longer have first class mail and ground advantage took its place at 3 times the cost. Bunch of liars.

My package was signature required. They attempted to deliver but left nothing on my door stating where the package location is or anything. Went online and filled out to deliver on Saturday when I would be home and nothing happened. Now it is stuck at preparing for delivery for 3 days. I have tried to call these guys all day over 10 times with no success at all. I work during the hours they are open so I am unable to visit and wait in the horrendous lines. USPS management needs to do something about this place

I need to talk to a human on the phone. A real human. All I get is an IVR with numbered choices. None of which will answer my question. How do I call on the phone a living breathing human?

Lobby is not open to access PO Boxes, etc after 5pm even though posted hours say different.

They don't deliver your packages and make you pick up items from their facility. But you better believe they collect money for shipping and just charge you money for you to pick it up yourself.

My package was shipped from Redwood City to Sacramento but current status shows out for delivery in Pensacola Florida. They only 10 states of ….. Ridiculous

I have received two "missed delivery" notices, claiming that I was not at home during the specified times. However, I must strongly emphasize that this is a complete falsehood. On both occasions, I was at home throughout the entire day, and no delivery personnel attempted to reach our doorstep. I find it extremely disheartening that such misinformation is causing unnecessary distress and inconvenience for individuals.

Our postal carrier just delivered a package, by throwing it on the patio. Literally threw it. She was too lazy to walk it to the gste, three steps from her truck. She is the laziest ever. Reported her, but now I have a broken package.

Long lines, not enough staff to answer their bell to pick up mail (waited for 15 minutes & finally got in the regular line to get service), & they NEVER answer their phone so you have to go there in person to get a question answered. Our mail box has been broken for two weeks here in Sun City & there was NO notification that they had stopped our delivery other than no mail in our box for three days. Consequently, we have to go down to the PO daily to pick up our mail. When I initially spoke to a clerk & asked if the outgoing mail was being picked in our box, she assured me is was & that the box should be fixed within 7 days. NPT TRUE. Bills & cards have been late. Later I spoke to a supervisor who said he had NO idea when the box will be fixed. I told him that there are people in our community who no longer drive so they need to get the box repaired. He didn't seem to care & said it will be repaired in the order of the repair ticket being submitted. Very poor customer service!

UPDATE: still no change. Nothing ever gets re-stocked overnight. Customer service is hit/miss. Same older woman at the pick up door being nasty with every person she talks to. Must be nice to have such insane job protection.Unfortunately, this branch is the closest to me and I have to frequent it often to mail stuff for work. If you try to call, they pick up and hang up or just let it ring. I have to go in early to use the self serve kiosk and nearly 99% of the time there are no Priority or Express Mail supplies re-stocked, and since they don’t open until 9-10 am you can’t ask anyone to bring more out. I have learned this the hard way so I took a handful of what I needed to ensure I could mail out my stuff. However, there is only one self serve kiosk and oftentimes it isn’t working, or another person who is mailing 100 certified letters will keep you waiting for an hour (no joke, this happened and obviously I wasn’t going to wait that long for him. And he refused to pause and let me mail out the 2 quick items I had. Not that this is the PO’s fault, but that’s what I deal with here). Their customer service is hit/miss depending on the day. The older woman who frequently works the pick up door is a completeb!@tch. I used to live in Rocklin and had nothing but good experiences there. Not sure why this one is so bad.

This is probably the worst post office I have ever seen. It is impossible to reach them by phone. I am not kidding. I had to call probably 25 times during the week, but no one answered the call.Always a huge line, very slow service. But this can be understood if there is not enough staff. Management needs to work on this.They lost several of my packages. I had to investigate this myself. 2 parcels were found. One remained missing. On request, I received a very disrespectful response that the package had been delivered. They think we are idiots. We are subscribed to the daily mail delivery newsletter. There was no mention of packages.Couriers work very irresponsibly. They may put the letter in your inbox, they do not pick up the return mail for several days.If you have a chance not to cross paths with them, take advantage of this chance.

I am not sure why this location has so many poor reviews. I have consistently had good experiences at the Sierra Gardens location over the years. During the Christmas season, I have mailed dozens of packages out from this location and have never had an issue. The staff working the counter have been helpful and efficient. My favorite thing about this location is that the lobby is open 24/7 - if you need to buy stamps or ship a package, you can do that at any hour of the day via the self-service kiosk. It has been super convenient since I am not able to get to the post office during business hours due to my work schedule.
