Person helping was.abrassive and combative at first. Once I mentioned we may take our 20 lines elsewhere he was much more helpful and willing. Not on the same page as their customer service over the phone does not help.

Hello, this story happened to me, on December 30, 2023, at 10:20-10:45 am, I came to the Verizon store at 1900 Douglas Blvd Roseville, CA 95661, to buy an iPhone 15 pro max 256gb phone on an installment plan, a New Year's gift for my son, I was checked out by a girl, I wanted to make the first payment through Apple Pay but she demanded my debit card for some reason, on January 22, I cashed out that someone had purchased or made a monthly payment or subscription for 69.99$ Apple Com Bill purchase Cupertino CA ( Merchant name Apple iTunes) contacted my bank, now there is an investigation, Please Verizon management to conduct their own internal investigation. People be more careful not to give anyone in the hands of their bank cards. I do not recommend this salon, a very bad experience was with the company Verizon.

Staff are nice. That's where it ends. INTERNET services are NOT reliable. I was assured I had coverage. Not even a little. I moved and again assured. Nope not even a little. Bottom line is that I spent hours between picking up the equipment and spending time trying to connect and time dealing with the "support". All a big waste of time.

Shoutout to Angel for taking care of my needs in a very time efficient manner. He was knowledgeable and swift in every recommendation he made. I was in and out with a new home internet service and savings + upgrade to my existing phone plan ?? BTW the home internet setup was so easy! Kudos Verizon, Angel, and Team!

Ask for Jossie she's the best. If she's not available wait for her. Jossie is an expert. She took care of all our concerns. We added a line, got the newest iPhone and we had some issues but Jossie went above and beyond to make sure we are happy.

The store has no telephone! They force you to make a web appointment then you arrive at the store and walk-in’s are taken as well as appointments. A waste of time. I purchased a new phone but my bank flagged it as a potential fraud. Of course I couldn’t contact the store. I went back to the store but was unable to resolve the problem. I was given a customer service call number. I called and the auto system gave me a link that didn’t resolve the problem and offered for $10 an agent could help. I just canceled my order. Looking for a better company to offer real customer service.

Went into the store with a complex ask, no time, and some technical issues. The staff was amazing and helped solve all my issues and got it all done quickly. They made sure I was getting the best deals as well as helping me get all the paperwork in order. I would recommend this location any day of the week. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient associates make this place great. Will be coming back here for all my mobile needs.

You can't call the store it has no telephone! Wow! It's by web appointments but walk ins are taken any time. What a waste of time! My payment for a new phone was blocked as a potential fraud. The trick is you can't contact them! I had to walk in without resolution. I just canceled my new phone order. Looking for a better company to handle simple customer service stuff!

GREAT customer service!! Ryan was on top of the walk-ins greeting and getting them checked in promptly. Jake was very patient and thorough with the information he provided! The process was quick and easy! We did have a problem with logging in to our Apple ID, but once we got home we didn’t have any issues. Also, they have iPads for the kiddos to use!!

Horrible!!! Does not answer their own phones ever!!! Always getting routed to main CS number which in my case they cannot help me because I was told that in order to keep my plan, and buy a new phone, I had to do this through corporate!!! I would be more than willing to drive to the one on Arden Way, which is closest to me, but just got finished with Cancer Surgery, and cannot drive, and desperately need a new phone as mine is very old and is not working properly. This review is for both Arden Way and Roseville Corporate!!!

I stopped in for a couple minutes to get my phone erased so I could send it back and Michael the manager was extremely helpful and pleasant. Taking his time to have me have all the answers to all my questions. Best customer service!
