“We have been shopping with Ben Bridge since 1997. As we moved north, we found ourselves near Roseville. Eddie has been working with us on a very special piece of jewelry. It has taken many weeks to figure out exactly what I wanted. She was extremely patient and consistent. Once we figured out what I was looking for, Eddie helped create a ring that is extremely unique and special. We are so happy with this ring that we decided to get another as our newest wedding set. Very exciting. She is super helpful, as are all of the employees there at the store. Thank you, thank you, thank you! See you next week! We will keep coming here as long as we need a jeweler. My Dad and I came to purchase watches and we met with Dave who did an excellent job giving us detailed information on each watch we were interested in. Dave made us feel like we were family. I have nothing but great things to say about the service we received by Dave and the sales agents.
Although we were there to purchase watches, Dave went out of his way to clean my wife’s wedding ring and also caught a loose diamond which we had no idea of.
