Horrible Customer service. I do not have any accounts there but I had to go in there today for my mom . She has been with them for over 30 years. They were no help . I would never recommend this bank .. no wonder they are closing but overall the institution is horrible

I don't give Yelp reviews frequently.And when I do I can guarantee you that I experienced something very exceptional that I want to share with the Yelp community. Even more extraordinary is giving a 5 Star to a bank, yes, Wells Fargo Bank, Foothill Boulevard, Roseville CA. If you have recently relocated to Roseville or live in the near proximity of the WFB on Foothill Blvd. and have been wanting to swap banks to a bank/local branch that is 100% dedicated to taking care of you (your family); please head over to WFB and ask for Andrew Scarry, Relationship Banker. Andrew can walk and chew gum at the same time.... and more critical , he is patient, detailed and cares about making sure that you are respected and feel valued. He will answer all of your questions, introduce you to his boss, branch manager and co-worker Vicky of ten years and get your questions answered and whatever transaction completed to your satisfaction. You will actually feel welcome each time you and Andrew meet and at the end of the day... that's a great feeling and too often totally absent when you visit your local bank. Andrews's a popular guy, of course, so it's likely you will need to book appointment but you will not be disappointed. I promise.

Racist and discriminatory branch against minorities and Muslims....As a business owner of three businesses I have never dealt with such racism from a bank and have never been accused of fraud activity in all my years of being a CEO and famous singer/songwriter and a relative of the Chief of Sacramento county police department. No wonder why everybody I know that owns businesses all over Sacramento county and placer county are switching to CHASE and BANK OF AMERICA. I am very embarrassed and offended and will be reporting Katarina Rodas service manager of Wells Fargo on foothills who denied me the service of cashing a $30,000 check for my business on 4/19/2022 at 10:00 am and threatening to red flag my account and my business partners who have been in business for 10+ years in the Sacramento area to the Wells Fargo corporate office with hopes they will do what's right to make these changes. It's a shame that people like this represent such a major company. I strongly suggest this branch consider replacing their staff to prevent further offenses. Thank God there was a branch that is not racist and discriminatory in the area that was able to cash my check with no problem at the Wells Fargo in Roseville on Woodcreek Oaks blvd at 10:30am.

I had great service at the Foothill Branch of Wells Fargo by a very helpful, friendly lady named Vicky Casillas. I'm very close to leaving Wells Fargo for a couple of reasons but she has kept me hanging on a little longer!

I made an appointment at 11am 2 weeks in advance with the banker, Yonatan Bello, to discuss my account. An hour before the meeting, he calls me and asks me to change my appointment to 4pm because he is in Granite Bay. I told him I could not, and then he tells me he will call me back. I called back multiple times, but no surprise, Yonatan never called me back. I scheduled an appointment at a different Wells Fargo. Rude and disappointing. PS- I wonder if he will call me back to take down this review.

I can't say how much I appreciate the banker here . Andrew Scarry literally saved our mortgage when we were having some hiccups with the underwriter. I also need to add- I was no longer a Wells Fargo customer at the time! And still, he took the time to help me , organized everything I needed , he even spoke to the underwriter directly. He literally saved us through the mess and stress of buying a home . Top notch customer service at its finest . A genuinely kind man and a great representative of the bank. Thank you times a million!!

Had 2 open bankers available to help, but one discuses to leave early and another sits in his office on the phone the whole time, waited about an hour just for a temporary debit card. I am a previous Wells Fargo employee and this banks regard for their clients is terrible. It is a Friday and everybody has things to do.but to watch a banker talk on their personal phone for 45min while you have more than one client waiting for help is unacceptable.

I have been a member of Wells Fargo since 1999. Even have my mortgage through them. I was rushing today to the bank to deposit cash and called ahead to let them know I would be 1 minute after 4pm and to please hold the door open. They refused. Clearly their customers are of little importance to them anymore. My old branch in the bay area had customer service as top priority. This branch not so much... Lost a great customer today. Also the guy opening and closing the door was very rude and as I was politely letting him know that I was disappointed he shut the door in my face.

Very bad customer service. Wells Fargo Bank does not disclose all information about their business loans. Never will deal with Wells Fargo again.
