Terrible customer service. You would think they aren't in business because they will not answer the phone. If you make an appointment to see a banker, you may show up to find the bank is closed on a Tuesday afternoon with no explanation or notice that your appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled. If you're lucky, and the bank is actually open, you will be forced to wait a minimum of one hour after the expected appointment time. The only positive interaction I had was with the security guard, who is most likely not employed by Wells Fargo. Unfortunately this is the world we live in, and no matter who you bank with it doesn't get much better than this.

This bank really deserves no stars. After being a customer of W/F for close to 20 years I've got to say this is the worst excuse for a bank branch as I have ever experienced. Went in to cash a check to and deposit into my account and the snotty nosed, RUDE KNOW IT ALL!! 12 year old teller tells me in some round about way they have to put a hold on the funds for up to 5-7 days?! Are you kidding me or what?? The check came from a local luxury dealership up the street no less, just call them if need be!! And was a whopping 3k dollars. When I asked for the manager, I got a very RUDE young woman, dark hair who said, well, if you want you can come back next week when the "manager" is in you can do that! I was like wth??! Seriously??! I have literally been here a total of 4 time and ALL four times it been one RUDE EMPLOYEE after the next! Not to mention that Someone needs to tell your "security guard' to get off her phone, stop smoking on the side of the building! Yes WE SEE YOU and worse yet we can see you DO NOTHING to STOP Anyone else from Smoking there as well. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other Branch but this one!

HORRIBLE service, I was a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years, a premier client and the level of service is just horrible. It just keeps getting worse, go to a local bank avoid wells fargo.

TL;DR: Unclean facility, tellers who need more training, and management who are not confident about their own work. All in all, there may be better banks in the area if you are looking to open an account. We came into this bank to pay off a loan we had for a short time. I have never been a fan of Wells Fargo, and this experience solidified that for me. When we came in, they were sure we did not have an account with them, which isn't the case. We came in with a full check to pay off the car- because we didn't want a loan with WF. Nonetheless, when we gave them the check for the amount we were quoted for the payoff, we were told that the numbers in their internal system didn't match, which contradicts what they were saying. I asked the teller to get a manager or supervisor because what I can bring up online differs from what they are bringing up on their end. When we finally got a hold of a manager, they were quick to help, showcasing that the teller may need more training in this area. We were told to follow up with the auto department in the next 24-48 hours to ensure the loan was paid off as it should be. There is nothing more unsettling than leaving a bank where you just paid off a loan, where they tell you to call and confirm that they have done their job appropriately. The fear was confirmed. Outside of our 1:1 experience with managers and tellers, I want to speak to the location. We walked in, and the entire building smelled like marijuana, which is also concerning when they are dealing with people's money. Maybe a client came in, but perhaps it wasn't. The floor was dirty; the tellers were handing out in the back office, chatting away. Nothing about this location screamed this is where you should keep your money. It was concerning. If people see this when they walk into a WF bank for the first time, they wouldn't want to keep an account there.

Very frustrating experience at this branch. While in the process of buying a home and transferring money to title company, the banker used the wrong account, even after confirming with me the one I wanted to use. Their error is costing me thousands. Incompetence doesn’t even capture her mistake.

Left me waiting 40 minutes for a notary appointment only to tell me that they didn't have my appointment in the system. Ended up having to pay to get it notarized at UPS.

The worst branch I've been to. They are demeaning and suspicious . Made me feel less then because I don't fit the description of someone or color of someone with money. Amanda was especially rude

Wells Fargo will refuse multiple times to close accounts you are not using. I have been fighting with them for months to close accounts we are not using. They have refused and lied to me on multiple occasions. Do not bank at Wells Fargo. They are not an honest business.

Melizza was so wonderful and helpful! She helped me handle closing the account of a passed loved ones account which can be hard to navigate, but made the process as painless as possible. I greatly appreciated her patience and expertise, it made all the difference.

The branch does not answer the phones. I made multiple attempts in the last month to no avail. Had to wait in a long line at the teller just to make an appointment. Now I have to wait another week. This branch is understaffed.

The tellers here don't know how to do a check deposit I asked to cash a check to make funds available and the teller claimed she couldn't do it. My cousin works for Wells Fargo and told me they can and they have twice already at different locations when I bring my checks in. I recommend the Harding location up the street they did it the same day the teller said she couldn't do it.

Hard to imagine that things have changed this bad! Covid or not, a constant shortage of staffing leaves bad taste on clients and prospected clients. Things are definitely not the same for WF, and it may be a long while before they can back to normal. An alternative bank is a good option!
