“These guys are solid, polite, professional, and attentive to detail. Miguel upfront is knowledgable, informative, and great at keeping the customer informed. I previously brought my vehicle in for one issue, and they found another which was100% legitimate & necessary. Called near close Friday night 8/22, & I dropped the vehicle off Sat. 8/23 @ 8:30am for a water pump/cooling estimate. Estimate and diagnosis by 9:30 am, parts ordered and job complete by 4:30pm the same day. 4.5hrs labor because the pump is buried on a V8. Vehicle back same day, they absorbed diagnosis fee and $$ was VERY fair. 10/10 Would recommend!”

I came in for an alignment, and the team was quick, efficient, and very professional from the moment I arrived. During the service, they found that my car needed additional work that could have required extra labor and cost. They explained the situation and asked if I was okay with the additional charge, which I appreciated.

However, Memo was able to use his experience and skill to complete the work in less time than expected. Instead of charging me the higher amount originally discussed, he came back and told me they would be charging me less. That level of honesty and professionalism really stood out to me.
