“Great gas prices and wholesale pricing, and the Sam’s Club app makes shopping incredibly convenient. Being able to scan items and check out directly through the app without a traditional checkout is a huge plus! Delivery and pickup have also been very reliable and make shopping even easier.

The only disappointment was at the customer service desk. After being on a family membership plan, getting my own membership set up took over an hour, and unfortunately they still weren’t able to get it resolved. Hopefully this was just a one-off experience, because overall I use Sam’s Club often and really enjoy the convenience.”

One piece of advice I'd like to share with other customers: if you have brand-new expensive rims, take clear photos of all four before having new tires installed, and point out their condition to the staff before the work begins.
In my case, two of my four rims were scratched during the tire replacement process. Unfortunately, because I had not documented their condition beforehand or noted that they were free of scratches on the service paperwork, I learned that the signed agreement limited Costco's responsibility for cosmetic damage claims.
This isn't meant to discourage anyone from using their tire services—it's simply a reminder to protect yourself by documenting the condition of your wheels before any work is performed and by reading the service agreement carefully before signing. Taking a few extra minutes beforehand can help avoid misunderstandings later.”
