“Almost always the cheapest fuel (gasoline or diesel) in any city where there is a Costco gas station. Refueling is fast and easy with multiple pumps on each lane.”

“I have had a nightmare of a time finding a pharmacy since Rite Aid closed. CVS was terrible and Walgreens seems to dislike all of their customers. Called Sam's Club to see if I could transfer my prescriptions there and the person I spoke with was so nice and helpful. I didn't get my hopes up but when it came time to fill those prescriptions they were amazing again! Then I went tpick up my prescription and I got to meet Lizzy. She was the sweetest person I have ever spoken with at a pharmacy. Everyone there is so nice and helpful!!!!”
“I had poor service at another location but thank God for Sonny, James, Anthony and Gavin. They corrected and resolved the problem. Sonny truly takes pride at the work and service they all provide as well as educating his customers for proper maintenance for our vehicles. “Dear Costco food court,
First, I would like to say thank you for switching to having people lineup instead of calling out orders.
I would like to ask you to please switch to assembly line method for food prep. One person making pizzas, one person, putting pizzas on plates and hotdog into bags and one person for guest interaction drinks and putting Ice Cream into cups.”
“It's never going to beat the customer service and nicer items as Costco, but they do have the option of using the Sam's Club app Scan & Go feature. That convenience is mainly the reason I still patronize this bulk store. I usually buy pantry staples like Yakult, organic juices, and kombucha not sold by Costco. Milk is also one staple purchase as they sell in single gallons. The other thing I don't like with Sam's are the receipt checkers who delay the shopper's egress. I get that they're shoplifting deterrents more than anything else, but they need a better system or more staff so the customers can be off to their merry ways quicker.”

“Overall, this location demonstrated great management, excellent customer service, and highly skilled personnel. The staff was professional, courteous, and made the overall experience a positive one.
One piece of advice I'd like to share with other customers: if you have brand-new expensive rims, take clear photos of all four before having new tires installed, and point out their condition to the staff before the work begins.
In my case, two of my four rims were scratched during the tire replacement process. Unfortunately, because I had not documented their condition beforehand or noted that they were free of scratches on the service paperwork, I learned that the signed agreement limited Costco's responsibility for cosmetic damage claims.
This isn't meant to discourage anyone from using their tire services—it's simply a reminder to protect yourself by documenting the condition of your wheels before any work is performed and by reading the service agreement carefully before signing. Taking a few extra minutes beforehand can help avoid misunderstandings later.”

“I like to order pickup early and get gas after. It's never crowded in the morning which is nice. There's no one lingering around asking for change or gas. The price of regular is probably the lowest around. The pumps are functional and I good working order. Plenty of windshield warsh liquid and the scrubber is in good condition.”
