“It's a little far from my house, but it's a very spacious, clean store with a wide selection of products.
I only buy a few items, so having a self-checkout is very helpful.
Sometimes it's fun to talk to the cashier, but in many places the attitude of the cashier is very different between customers who buy only a few items and customers who buy a whole shopping cart, which can be unpleasant. However, here, it's a self-service cashier, so it's stress-free.
So, even though it's a little far from home, I started coming here.”
“Will always go to Sam’s club over other options. Parking lot always has spots, gas discount is amazing, never too crowded, and scan & go app is super fast! Food court is the best value in Placer, can’t go wrong with lunch combo under $2. Highly recommend, especially if you don’t want to fight with crowds at the other warehouse store.”

“When Rite Aide ceased I went to CVS, the store was next to Safeway. Then CVS moved into Target. I needed an item, which at the prior location CVS, carried. CVS has 0 in Stock at this location. I ordered online from a vendor, the size was wrong. I have to return for refund. I have always had a good experience at CVS, until the store not having this item. The competitor has this item.”

“I had poor service at another location but thank God for Sonny, James, Anthony and Gavin. They corrected and resolved the problem. Sonny truly takes pride at the work and service they all provide as well as educating his customers for proper maintenance for our vehicles. I was truly disheartened with the service that was initially provided at a different location but this location bring back my faith to be able to feel secure even as a female needing tire and battery service. I will now be taking my vehicle only here and will be recommending this to everyone I know.”
“I have had a nightmare of a time finding a pharmacy since Rite Aid closed. CVS was terrible and Walgreens seems to dislike all of their customers. Called Sam's Club to see if I could transfer my prescriptions there and the person I spoke with was so nice and helpful. I didn't get my hopes up but when it came time to fill those prescriptions they were amazing again! Then I went tpick up my prescription and I got to meet Lizzy. She was the sweetest person I have ever spoken with at a pharmacy. Everyone there is so nice and helpful!!!!”

Staff are professional, friendly, and moves quickly. Big wait area. Your meds are ready in less than 15 minutes. Finally, huge parking area with handicap facilities.”

“Overall, this location demonstrated great management, excellent customer service, and highly skilled personnel. The staff was professional, courteous, and made the overall experience a positive one.
One piece of advice I'd like to share with other customers: if you have brand-new expensive rims, take clear photos of all four before having new tires installed, and point out their condition to the staff before the work begins.
In my case, two of my four rims were scratched during the tire replacement process. Unfortunately, because I had not documented their condition beforehand or noted that they were free of scratches on the service paperwork, I learned that the signed agreement limited Costco's responsibility for cosmetic damage claims.
This isn't meant to discourage anyone from using their tire services—it's simply a reminder to protect yourself by documenting the condition of your wheels before any work is performed and by reading the service agreement carefully before signing. Taking a few extra minutes beforehand can help avoid misunderstandings later.”

“I want to commend this pharmacy staff, for their customer service. I am here, out of town, caring for my brother. I had an urgent need that no other pharmacy was willing to assist me with. This pharmacy staff was not only empathetic to my issue, but went above and beyond to ensure my medications could be filled. Having been in a stressful time, caring for my brother with cancer, it was a major relief that they took their time to help me. You never know what someone is going through, so the fact that they listened and actually cared, meant everything to me. I don't know if I'll end up staying in this area, with my brothers future, but if I do, I will definitely be using only this pharmacy, here on out. Thank you”

“This afternoon my husband went to the Safeway on sunrise and Cirby. It was announced around 2:00 p.m. this afternoon that their computer system went down and everything had to be paid by cash. He was already in line with his groceries and he looked at his wallet and had $215.00. his grocery bill came up to $218.38. Monica, his checker, opened up her purse and pulled out $3.38 to complete his transaction. Safeway should be very proud to have employees like Monica. My husband thanks you very much Monica. We will definitely pay it forward. Good job Safeway in hiring wonderful people.”

“It's never going to beat the customer service and nicer items as Costco, but they do have the option of using the Sam's Club app Scan & Go feature. That convenience is mainly the reason I still patronize this bulk store. I usually buy pantry staples like Yakult, organic juices, and kombucha not sold by Costco. Milk is also one staple purchase as they sell in single gallons. The other thing I don't like with Sam's are the receipt checkers who delay the shopper's egress. I get that they're shoplifting deterrents more than anything else, but they need a better system or more staff so the customers can be off to their merry ways quicker.”

“I like to order pickup early and get gas after. It's never crowded in the morning which is nice. There's no one lingering around asking for change or gas. The price of regular is probably the lowest around. The pumps are functional and I good working order. Plenty of windshield warsh liquid and the scrubber is in good condition.”
