Fantastic tattoo shop, it's easy to see why they are so popular (and the artists have long wait lists). The staff can be a little gruff, but they are very friendly and welcoming (gotta love the old fashioned tattoo shop vibe).

I got my first tattoo there many years ago and ended up coming back about 9 years ago and never want to go anywhere else. The staff is super friendly, there is an overall great atmosphere.
