Cute clothes but the fitting room needs a serious overhaul. Very dirty, lighting is too dark, they need real doors instead of curtains for privacy, and its difficult to get the staffs attention for assistance because she kept walking very far away from the fitting room. I just wish the she checked the room before putting me in there. There were smashed grapes, chips, and old receipts on the floor. It was not pleasant to realize i was stepping all over the wet grapey floor with my socks in a dark room.

Store manager is clueless! Store manager decided to go on break while the Store was super busy and had already ran out of change. We waited in line and for help for 37 minutes to find out they do not have change. Store manager said oh well they are not allowed to put signs up and does not want to go get change.
Do not shop here the store manager is extremely lazy and does not want to do her job. I would of fired her a long time ago.

Poor customer service. The store is supposed to open at 10am and the people working are still restocking. They are not acknowledging a line outside or even come out to say when they will be ready.

I had a great shopping experience! I bought a dress, earrings, and shaper briefs. Lisa and Gao were extremely helpful to work with. I’d come back not only for the cute dresses but the customer service that they provided! Im actually looking forward to another event so I can have an excuse to buy more things here.

A lovely store to buy formal wear dresses. Here is a tip. If you buy online you can return or exchange within a certain amount of time. If you purchase in store it is a final sale. As a professional magicians assistant I love to have lots of lovely gowns to choose from & windsor doesn't disappoint. Very easy return process as well. I bought a large online & it was way too big , but the other gown for perfect for a large. Started the return online & took to the store for no hastle & super easy. Lots of selections online as well as in store. Your go to spot for a homecoming, prom, wedding or special occasion dress.

I freaking spent 100s of dollars here, and the employee forgot to take off the security tag off in one of tops. The store can’t take the tops back coz it was purchased in another Windsor location even with the receipt. The manager was super rude. What a customer service wow!!!!!

I walked in for a skirt I seen on the mannequin and I asked them to find it but they couldn’t. So I asked to try on the one on the mannequin and they refused even though that was the last one in the store. These employees don’t care about making a sale or not.

Really cute store it's about the only store I'd buy anything from. At 30 years old I don't wear crop tops. Every store only had them except the really expensive stores. This store had dresses and lots of cute jumpsuits and jewelry

Came here to find a last minute dress after Perries Boutique destroyed our dress. The lady’s Jessica and Jordan were amazing. They let us try on so many dresses and we finally found one! Prom was saved and my daughter is happy. Will definitely be coming here to get her graduation dress too!

Diana = Phenomenal Customer Service!! We arrived at Windsor at Westfield Galleria - Roseville late on a Saturday evening. We had picked out multiple dresses to try on. Diana kindly informed us the dressing rooms have just closed so the store had time to clear the rooms and re-set the merchandise for the next day. We must have looked panicked because Diana let us know the store hours for the following day. Instead of leaving us frustrated, we returned the following day and Diana welcomed us back. She worked with us to locate the perfect dress for an upcoming event!!! THANK YOU, DIANA for making our dress buying experience FUN instead of stressful!! We were checked out by Amairany who was friendly and efficient! Great experience with the staff at this store -- we will come back when when shopping again.... **Daughter's Royal Blue dress will always remind us of you, Diana -- named for a Royal!!

This is for DIANA! Excellent customer service and she serviced me to the T! Super nice, lots of energy, and very helpful. It's like she knew what I wanted without me even telling her. Literally went above and beyond to help me find the perfect white dress for my graduation, so our engagement was very important to me. You're so amazing Diana!
