“I wish I could remember the names of the staff who helped us because several of them were just amazing. Yesterday, 8/9/25, my daughter and I went into the store. She picked out several items to try on, and the staff were so helpful—finding the right sizes, helping us locate what she wanted, and even pairing things together.
When we got to the fitting rooms, one of the outfit zippers broke, and my daughter was so sad. We grabbed another one, but that zipper was messed up too, and she ended up in tears. The staff were incredibly kind, reassuring her it wasn’t her fault. They offered to either give us the outfit at a discount or order one online and ship it to our house. They were so apologetic and genuinely sweet about the whole situation.
They even went the extra mile to find another outfit, checked to make sure the zipper worked, and made sure my daughter left with the one she wanted most. I just have to applaud the young women working there for being so caring and patient—it really made my mom heart happy. We had such a great experience and will definitely be shopping there again. Huge thanks to the entire staff for all their help—it was truly appreciated!”
“We went to Nordstrom, Aerie, Hollister, PacSun, Abercrombie and Buckle last today. None of the other stores had employees ask if we needed anything at all or we couldn’t find anyone on the floor. Suzy at Buckle who I think was the store manager was AMAZING. She came up to us and asked if we needed any help, pulled sizes, introduced herself and checked on us multiple times in the fitting room. It didn’t feel like she was trying to make a sale but genuinely wanted to help! We left with 2 pairs of jeans! Definitely is someone who cares about her job. Thank you Suzy!”

“This particular Kohl’s is well-organized and clean. Selection is so-so but I found most of what I was looking for, clothing-wise. The cashiers generally don’t seem to be very thrilled to be there, but none of them have been rude or anything… just kinda meh. I’ll keep coming back.”
“I had the best experience ever buying bras at Soma! I wanted to find a store for a good women’s bra, not some over trendy place with all sorts of embellishments etc lol if you know what I’m referring too. Just some good, supportive everyday bras. I believe it was Nancy who helped me I hope that’s her name. She was incredibly helpful getting me all kinds of bras that fit just right, she took the time to check each one for a proper fit and was very knowledgeable. This is my new go-to store for all bras! They also had a great variety of comfy loungewear, I will definitely be back! Thank you for such a great experience.”

“We go to this store whenever we are in the mall. They have a lot of great stuff from Disney to Pokémon and everything in between and then some! You will get Box Lunch "dollars" to use in the future if you spend over a certain amount...$15.00 off on a purchase over $30.00. You can use multiple "dollars" on one item, as long as it is over $60.00 or $90.00. There is a lot in the store so you will want to take some time looking.”
“The Talbots at Roseville Galleria is at the end of the mall near Nordstrom. It is a large store with misses and petites. Very well stocked and clean and bright. Every year at Christmas time they have the entire store 40% off and I always pop in to buy a special holiday piece to add to my collection (going on 25 years).... I bought a scarf and a holiday pin in my most recent visit. Yesterday I was assisted by the lovely Diana. She made shopping fun and we had a nice conversation and I was assisted to the highest level.”
“We visited Tommy Bahama in The Fountains now that they closed their location in the galleria. This location was bigger with more selection. My husband fit into their XXL sizes and now in their larges since he's dropped 70 pounds. He liked their styling and fit at both sizes and I like the way he looks. He's comfortable and the clothes are machine washable which is a HUGE plus. This store loses a star because of how expensive everything is. A men's polo shirt is over $100. At least it looks good on.”

“I love this place! If you're looking to challenge your body and push yourself, this is it. I mean this in the best way: from the first day I tried it to a few years later, it's still hard. 11/10 would highly recommend!
I was intimidated the first few times I came here, but the staff and community of women are so sweet and encouraging. I was so self-conscious until I realized no one is looking at you, everyone is really just focusing on the movements and not judging or worrying about anyone else. It really feels like a safe place to work out no matter what fitness level you're at!”

The Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the equipment is the best in the sport. Family owned, Orvis is the place to further your flyfishing journey. (And the clothing is all extremely high quality and beautifully stylish) It’s always enjoyable to visit this store.”

“Best ross around the region! The auburn location SUCKS and always has. This is a clean, well stocked and well staffed place. The auburn location has more LP watching on the floor than staff to help or check out. Always super long wait times and unfriendly staff. I'll drive down the hill to this location ANYTIME Before going 1 mile to the auburn store.”

Mary turned a terrible experience we had with her colleague (an older caucasian woman, who should be reviewed by management for unfair treatment of a person with a special medical condition by not allowing them to use a family fitting room) into a pleasant one while remaining professional and accommodating.

“From Illinois. My local J.Jill in Kildeer,IL is awful. Snooty sales people who ignore you if you do not know you. Everything I own with the exception of underwear and some shoes are J.Jill. The staff at Roseville are the opposite. Always welcoming and helpful. The store is very neat with everything in it's place. I am glad I am temporarily located out here so I can shop there. My store made me switch to shopping online exclusively.”

“I don't usually go to Ross. The shoes section had so many cute sandals I got quite a few. I had been to this store a long time ago and the current staff seems much nicer ❤️. I do think it would be good if they had someone come in and super clean it but it wasn't too bad. I also found some great solar lights”
