I ordered a dress online. The sleeves were different lengths- by at least 4 inches. The belt was a little worn. I will not order online again. The sales clerk was very nice though.

Zero stars!!! This is my second review, Yelp took down my first. Probably because i described the person who helped me as I felt it necessary because she looked like she looked like she had just rolled out of bed on top of having a Terrible attitude. exuded an energy like she was miserable there. Manager is unhelpful. Don't recommend this store at all. Never have any stock, dressing rooms always closed, messy store

This is my SECOND REVIEW as YELP took down my first one. YELP wants you to do a review yet when you do one, if they don't like it, they take it down, AND threaten you (nothing vulgar said nor profanities used). No problem! Zara Department Store has horrendous Customer Service and is at an ALL TIME LOW just as previous customers described! Save your money and either shop online or shop at a different store. YELP are you happy now? I'll never post a review on her again! We are slowly losing our 1st Amendments!

You would think with all the horrible reviews the company would actually step in and do something, but nope! I’m guessing the higher ups are just as lazy as the people they employ. This store looks like an overpriced Ross, but way dirtier. The employees are the worst and Zara hasn’t done anything about it in years. This store should be in a dingy strip mall not the Galleria.

My visit to Zara at the Roseville Galleria left me feeling quite disappointed. I found the staff to be a bit standoffish, and I had an unfortunate encounter with a girl in a suit who was rather impolite when it came to the fitting rooms. The overall atmosphere in the store was not very friendly, which made my shopping experience less enjoyable. I hope that Zara takes these points into consideration for improving their customer service.

Extremely helpful staff, they went beyond !!! They have great selection but the staff is what I appreciate the most honest and kind people ! I wish I knew the name of the guy who helped us but nevertheless I'm extremely thankful! Kudos to the manager at Zara!!!!!!!

Tried to return a blouse but misplaced my receipt. They said I have to call a phone number to get a new receipt. I called and they wanted me to c/m my bank statement for detailed information and wanted the screw number, item number etc which I gave them. Three days later I received an email that they didn’t have enough information andWhat was my case number. They didn’t give me one. I had to return to my bank statement and repeated the info and they gave me a case number, then a couple Amy’s later they sent another email saying they didn’t have enough info. Then I called again and this Louis guy said he didn’t have a case number with that item description and insisted on all the same info. It was a nightmare that these people are such idiots. Now I have two case numbers because the first one didn’t mean anything. I asked to speak with a manager or owner and he said he can’t tell me that because it’s secure info. I have seen any store so unprofessional in my life

Decided to try their ship to store option, it says my clothes were shipped to the Roseville store but no one has seen them. They told me to call customer service, I called customer service, they opened a case but nothing has been done beyond that. No refund and no explanation as to what happened to the clothes I ordered. Don’t ship to store!

I like the merchandise but I wish I could say the same with the employees. They’re all snobs and indifferent especially the ones in the cashiers. I usually visit there once or twice a month to get my stuff but they’re all the same, no warmth or anything for customers!!!

If I could I would give 0 stars ! Horrible customer service. They will soon run out business if they treat their customers the way they do ! As a parent that spends so much money on my kids they don't have their kids fitting room open on second level and register is closed on second floor and when asked they say they short staffed while there are like 5 of them walking on the floor just talking to each other ! Horrible service and I will never step my foot in this store ! People shop with people !

Horrible service! All 4 cashiers were talking to each other the entire time while ringing people up. No eye contact or greeting any customers. Talking about making Tik Tok videos, gossiping, etc. Even the people next to us said "this is so weird... it's like we're not even here."

This store is horrible. It's not only this location but we were at one in LA a week earlier and the service is terrible. The employees are rude and service is slow. Always have huge lines and I've noticed employees talking badly about customers. Not sure how this store stays in business. Corporate should really do something about it. Looks like a common company wide problem. Lines are so bad that I stay in line while my wife shops. I told her not to bother buying at the store and order online whenever possible.

Yea this was def disappointing. Tons of merch in boxes on the floor waiting to be unpacked I assume after close. Upstairs was better but no register open and plenty of people hanging around (I assume to do the full restock of said boxes) long line, one poor soul doing everything. Finally help arrived and she only wanted "card" purchases. What does that even mean. She made a card shape with her fingers as if that helps explain. No one moved. She looked at the girl and said "sorry I tried to help". Online is the only way to go if this is the option in Sacramento
