I had a great experience at this AT&T store! The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They helped me upgrade my phone, transfer all my data, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was fast and smooth. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this location!

This att is such a scam. Please be careful and avoid it. They said that as soon as you get your social security number, you can transfer to another network and get a mobile phone. They originally had 4 lines and they added another one for me, but it didn’t work.
In the end, I spent dozens of dollars more and nothing got done. The sales staff here, especially that young man, are not professional at all, so everyone should avoid this store.

This store is by far the most useless AT&T location i have ever encountered, the employee was extremely rude and did not help in any way when all we wanted to do was upgrade a phone. This store and the nearby location(Fullerton Rd) are both being racist toward people that are not within their race. Super unprofessional and unacceptable. Very dissatisfied, i am contacting AT&T headquarters and asking them to investigate this issue.

This is the worst store that sells mobile phone cards. I signed up for two accounts, each with a monthly subscription of more than 60. After using it for a while, I wanted to change the package. The attitude was so bad that I finally changed the network operator. There are operators like this A disgrace to AT&T
