Excellent customer service! I came in to switch my phone plan and the team made everything so easy. They even helped me transfer all my data to my new phone and made sure everything was working before I left. The store was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long. When you go to open the line, the service attitude of the staff is very good, because I have problems with my bill every month, I call them hoping to get help, and the answer I get every time is, we are busy, leave your Cell phone number, we will reply to you, and then there will be no message. When you call again, you will hear a rude answer, we are busy, and then hang up your phone... Never come to this store.

This was an absolutely horrible experience walking in and being greeted by a racist, rude, unprofessional male with no customer service skills. His exact words were "call 611 and complain about me" followed by "if you dont leave im calling the police." Makes you wonder where AT&T finds these unprofessional people and actually employs them. Contacting headquarters and demanding an investigation toward the employee "Qi" and his concerning actions.
