This At&T store demonstrates the quality of its directly operated stores. I wish AT&T headquarters knew about the excellent level of service at this store. When you walk into the store, the service staff will approach the customer in a friendly manner and ask what services are needed. . It's a pity. The service quality at AT&T next door is quite low. There are three Chinese service staff, and two of them are sitting on chairs and asking rudely what do you want to do? I hope AT&T does something about the arrogant and rude franchise store next door. Because the store next door is not a service. This is to drive away your guests

I got there as Harold open the doors. I was the first customer so I was helped right away. Harold answered all my questions and concerns. He showed me all the options and prices for different phones and accessories. He even mentioned the internet option that is available, which I ended up buying as well. Overall a great experience.

The best ATT Store and support ever. These folks know what they're doing. My confidence is restored. I will buy internet service in addition to my phone service I've had for 4 years . 4 phone lines and no price increases since 4 years. Isn't that great!

I went to ATT corporate store in puente hills, I was treated coldly and they were unable to find a purchase in my acct showing I bought the screen protector with warranty. I asked them to double check and they said no, I asked the manager to check as well and he wouldn't, the manager got loud with me and refused to speak to another representative at another store. I left due to their poor customer service.
