I wanted to transfer my wife’s line from her cousin’s account to my own. We already contacted AT&T, and received a code to transfer the lines. We were having trouble completing the transfer online, so, we can in store.They told us to call 611 and to do everything online. And that if we were to transfer to line, then both account holders had to be present.It doesn’t make sense, but whatever, I guess we will call again and do everything ourselves.

Louis, who speaks Chinese there, is very professional and can give the most reasonable solution to the problem in the shortest time. His advice is like an old friend for many years and is very trustworthy. It is really difficult to meet someone who can help solve the problems of stranger customers as if they were their own friends. However, Liuis did a great job. Stay away from Peter here, he is a scammer who will only steal your money, sells phone numbers and asks for cash, don't look for Peter and stay away! ! ! !

Adrian one of sales person says one thing and does another behind your back. I was AT&T user for years. I went to this shop for simple phone upgrade because it was closer. He promoted that i refused to buy but at the end he added all using information's I had to give him to upgrade phone only. Next month my bill sore up 2 times. You can imagine how much hassle i had to go through with significant time waste to correct it hours on the phone for several days. The store is not helping me at all claiming that they do only sales no customer services.

horrible experience… my elderly father went in to file a claim for his lost phone where he should have only needed to pay a deductible. Instead Jessy B(an assistant manager) added a new line for him charging him nearly $1700 over the last 6 months… The ethics of this location are terrible… probably all to meet a sales quota instead of looking out for the long time customers.

My husband went in on sunday to add a new line to our family account and the representative helping him moved an existing line to the new sim not once but twice! Now he has to replace the sim cards on two of our other phones. I understand mistakes happen but this is more of a lack of training. Hopefully they improve the training for staff working weekends. Bring your patience.

Absolute Worst Service!! Stay away! 45 minutes of my life wasted!! Run by a bunch kids that don't know what they're doing. Constantly trying to up sell and give you something you do not want or need. Came in for a prepaid WiFi hotspot plan. They asked me constantly about my house network, cable and phone plans. Told them repeatedly I did not want to change any of my providers and only came in for prepaid plan. They never stopped asking or trying to up sell and replace all my service providers to them.
