Dude, this place is so depressing and slow. The administrative staff and bankers process customers' needs soooooo slowly. They are all pretty nice and calm, but it took me almost 2 hours just to obtain a few cashiers' checks and there was a long ass line out the door on a weekday afternoon....they need more staff. They should probably also offer complimentary water from a dispenser/coffee/some kind of candy dish/snacks for waiting customers. And lastly, at least let us use the restroom if you're going to have us waiting for...everrrrrr...

Our purpose for visiting this place was to initiate a business account, and Alex served as our banker. We are extremely pleased with his exceptional professionalism and services. HORRIBLE LOCATION. There's always a long line and always only 1-2 tellers working with 10 standing around doing nothing. Upset customers every time i come here because everyone ends up waiting 30+ minutes to be helped. Most of the tellers are grumpy and miserable and rude here. DO NOT COME HERE.

So many 1 star for a reason. I had cash deposit and the business window's cashier didn't want to help counting my deposit. I understand this is the branch policy, I am not arguing with her and I only told her I will go to other store to make deposit. Then she replied with an attitude, "The manager is at the door." I am not filing complain, why I should talk to the manager???She assumes I am filing complain about the cash count. She didn't realize it's not about the cash count, it's the attitude.

Bank of America has been the worst bank I have ever banked with every time I try to go in for some help the weight is too long and I know and I end up having to go to work expect to wait over an hour for any type of help and the online banking is useless especially when you can't log into it and no one can help you and don't even try to go about getting a loan because at first they'll tell you it's 5% and then when you get the loan it's 10% interest everything seems to be done online and through the phone can't get any in person.

Worst bank ever I feel bad for the workers , not enough bank tellers. All big banks in general is horrible . Understaffed in every branch . 1 branch per city. 1 teller I per branch. 100 plus loan staff.

Watch-out for the cougar at the reception. She is not willing to help and expect you don't know how to speak English. I know you hate your job but it is what is it, take it and suck it deep.

Why I don't have an account at Bank of America well I came in to cash a check money that belongs to myself I've been sitting here for the last 15 minutes waiting for them to get the approval from I think the third or fourth manager so I would recommend for you to go to the credit union but don't bank at Bank of America and Wells Fargo is no better give me my money I'm not stealing anything this banking institution is trash lol

I went to atm today to deposit 500 dollars but the receipt only showed that they paid 60 dollars and they completely ignored me. The just found a phone call and didn't receive me at all. As a vip user my company business account is also opened here. lt very hateful to still treat me like this. Simon Fong refuses to see me afterwards and his attitude is very hateful.

I got there right when it opened on a Saturday morning to talk to a banker. Already a long line, put my name down, was told 5-10 mins. No big deal. I wait 30 mins, see a bunch of people who came in after me get called to talk to bankers. I check to see the list, they completely skipped over me even though I was waiting in their lobby the whole time. No big deal, mistakes happen. I talk to the banker. Told me they would be able to do a bunch of stuff for me and that he would have the Merrill advisor call me Monday afternoon, since they don't work on the weekends. That's fine. No phone call Monday or Tuesday. Tried calling and emailing the banker, no response. Just a terribly managed branch.

They closed my account. I walk in just want to know why they closed my account. The guy always help at the front desk tell me : i don't know what you said ,you cannot open account with BOA anymore! Every inpatient! Treat me like a criminal!

PLEASE READ!! Came to make some payments with my mom and come to find they are using the same paper towel to "sanitize" the counters. So they are just spreading the germs through out all the tellers. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and they can't take the little extra time to use a new paper towel to clean the surfaces. All they are doing is making the counters super sticky. Honestly I'm disappointed that they are putting all their clients at risk like this. PLEASE take caution when visiting this location.

14 people waiting in line and two tellers. I guess that's their idea of customer service. They hold your money and control your work time. This place is horrible don't bank with Bank of America
