I did the 10 session package x2 because I got such a good workout in with Christine! She kicked my ass and pushed me hard and I feel so much more confident working out now. She taught me alot of different workouts, gave me a meal plan and overall is very encouraging. Highly recommend. She is fitness goals!

My trainer was Christine, and I don't regret it one bit. She's very friendly and knows exactly what she's doing. I did the 10 session program twice with her. A meal plan was provided for me and I really loved the app that is given with the workouts to follow when I do not train with her.I've already seen a big change in my body and eating habits as well. I can't wait to join again in the future! :)

I reached out to Christine last year to see if could arrange for in-person, partnered training sessions with a focus on building strength and wellness for a frail older adult (that is, my mother). Christine showed amazing patience and knowledge in working with my mother, not just knowledge of fitness in general, but about how to adapt exercises and approaches to suit people across the lifespan. Although mom unfortunately dropped out (truly we cannot make anyone but ourselves exercise, if even that!) I did end up going for weekly sessions with Christine for the greater part of a year. She's awesome at listening to your goals, and adapting on a session-to-session basis to the needs of the day, like adding an extra set of stretches and foam rolling when a shoulder or knee aches.For in-person sessions, the space is well-equipped and has everything you might need for a workout, and sessions were also very fairly priced. I highly suggest working out with Christine if the studio is within a reasonable commute!

I met Joey playing basketball and his genuine passion for helping others with fitness really drew me to try out personal training with him. He makes you a personalized routine after learning about what fitness goals you want to accomplish while also helping out with changes to diet and lifestyle habits that will really help you see results. In just a few months, my family and coworkers started noticing my posture being a lot better and my body steadily becoming more toned.During the personal training, he would explain in detail the biomechanics of why we're doing a certain exercise and answer any questions I had about anything we were doing. Also a great hype man to have when you're getting those personal bests.Highly recommend training with Joey, especially if you've never done it before. His knowledge and enthusiasm takes out all the uncertainty from the workout and you can be sure that you're on the right track if you put in the work.

Christine is amazing! She helps to identify your personal training goals at the beginning and plans effective workout routines around those goals. Definitely felt a lot more high energy and healthy after working out with her. Always a great experience at C Athletics!!

Have been going here for 2 years now. I am feeling stronger and have more energy. Christine knows how to push you to continue to grow without over working you. I have knee problems and she has helped me regain strength and better use of my knee. My 10yr old has been attending for a year now. He loves it. Arya and the team are great with kids.

C Athletics is a great fitness studio offering personalized training sessions based on your needs. Although its pricey, its worth it! I worked out with Arya for 20 weeks this year and they were the best workout sessions I've ever experienced. Arya was patient and non-judgmental. He educated me on form, using gym equipment, diet, and more. He pushed me to challenge myself in the gym, but was never judge-y when I slacked off. Training at C Athletics helped me build good habits in the gym and I look forward to working with them again!

C Athletics is a great fitness studio offering personalized training sessions. If you want to get in shape, but aren't sure how to get started, I highly recommend them. Although it's pricey, it's worth it! I worked with Arya for 20 weeks this year and they were the best workout sessions I've ever done. Arya was patient and educated me on form, different stretches for my body type, how to use gym equipment properly, diet, and more. He pushed me to challenge myself in the gym but was never judgmental when I slacked off. I went here with Debra R for the exercise thing. We started it because of the weight gain from the pandemic. Mr. Arya does a good job with showing the exercises and the meal plan has delicious recipes. I noticed that my stomach is more firm and I seem to have more energy. I am also seeing more muscles in my arms and legs too.

My daughter and I work out each week with Arya. We had gained weight during COVID and felt like our health was definitely on the decline. Since C Athletics is super convenient to our home we decided to give it a try.I was anxious because I am a highly uncoordinated, non physical type person. Arya works with us where we are at. Both my daughter and I have seen amazing improvement both in our coordination and our muscle tone. The eating plan works well with us. It's easy to incorporate into our lives. My daughter loves every one of the recipes. We've tried them all!My daughter is so motivated by Arya's training that she's putting her walks on Strava and begging to go to the gym. She also loves to drag out the mats at home and do planks and stretches.We have learned so many exercises that we can do at home or the gym. Arya is true professional who always shows us the proper form. He is always encouraging but never lets us off easy. If you're looking for trainers who are genuine, kind people who really know their stuff check out C Athletics.

I’m so glad I found this fitness studio around the area. Joey, Christine and Arya are the most wonderful trainers I ever had. I have been going to the group classes with them for months. The classes here are small sized that trainer pay lots of attention to every student. They always keep the classes challenging, encouraging and fun! They are genuinely nicest people who always take care of everyone. I just want to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to actually enjoy working out and look forward going to the next one!

I highly recommend C Athlethics. I trained with Arya for the past two months and already seeing result. I originally went in looking to improve my posture and be more toned. However I had to stop due to my lower back pain (not related to C Athletics). The training is costumed to fit each person . During the training we work around my lower back pain and was able to strengthen my upper back and shoulder muscles to improve the posture. Arya is great on encouraging and pushing me to do better. A very knowledgeable trainer as well. I am definitely going back to C. Athletics after my two months rest for my lower back to get better.

Christine is Amazing! If you are looking for someone who is body positive and will help you achieve not only the body you want but a healthier relationship and outlook on nutrition, Christine is the one for you. She is someone who will meet you where you are and will work with you on your goals. I have finally changed how I work with my body and truly understand the nutrition that it needs. Life changing for sure. My body composition is now different due to the training and educating that Christine has done. She is truly a Gem!

Christine is such a great instructor! When I first started training with her, she gave a really organized and detailed plan of how to achieve my fitness goals. She was really communicative and responsive to my texts. She also did a great job keeping track of our sessions and is super knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise! She was also such a great person to talk to. During my time with her, I felt really energized and was happy with my results. I really enjoyed my sessions with her and I'm sad my schedule got too busy to continue these sessions, but I look forward to training again with her soon! I highly recommend giving her a call if you need someone to help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals! You definitely won't regret it :)
