In addition, I was told by the clerk that because of covid-19, it is not convenient for editor to communicate directly with customers. Do you two even know how viruses spread? The whole experience was very strange.

They are a postal service that is selecting what they will take and not take. I had a small box with a prepaid sticker and they can't take it because of COVID, yet they take envelopes and such from people. What is the difference. Anything they take could have something on it. Guess I will support the post office instead of a small independent business. Man I wish I had read the reviews before I went there. No bueno

This is the absolute worst establishment I've ever been to. I came here to ship a few things for a family member. I was using their credit card and when I gave the clerk my card to pay, she asked if she could see an I.D (which I had left in the car). I told her that I would need to get it from the car and I would just pay with a different card because that card didn't have my name on it. The clerk understood and gave me my card back. That should be the end of it RIGHT?! WRONG. The owner overheard our conversation, came out waving her finger and started yelling at me that I was committing fraud! She never spoke calmly once. I told her that I was paying with my own card but I just had to get get it from the car. She kept yelling "YOURE COMMITTING FRAUD I CAN CALL THE COPS ON YOU! YOU SHOULDNT EVEN HAVE TRIED TO USE SOMEONE ELSE'S CARD IN THE FIRST PLACE!" I told her that I was not committing fraud and that I was going to use my own card, she then proceeded to LAUGH at me and say "she shouldn't even have tried in the first place!" I proceeded with an "excuse me?" And she kept yelling the same things over and over again. I went to get my wallet and this time my brother came inside with me. We paid with the nice clerk and the owner kept looking at me from the back room. I said "you cannot speak to me that way, it's extremely disrespectful and I'm a customer" she then interrupted me and continued to yell the same things over and over and said she had me on camera. We continued to go back and forth with her yelling at me and me telling her that what she was doing is wrong. She said that I was disrespectful and that she doesn't want me as a customer. My brother told her that she needed to apologize for the way she was acting and she proceeded to say that I NEEDED TO APOLOGIZE TO HER! ???? This woman is psychotic and as I was leaving I said thank you to the nice clerk and said "I won't be coming back here" and the manger yelled "GOOD!" This is the worst I have ever been treated at an establishment. I was sooo beyond insulted and disgusted! I don't know her name but that elderly woman is evil and doesn't deserve to be running a business. OH and this isn't the first time she's yelled at me btw. I've always just kinda brushed her off because it's not worth my time but today she was being extra revolting.
