I was told my printer would be ready by the end of the day. I got a pretty good deal for toner and ink cartridges as well. Service was great and efficient!The owner is was very nice and funny guy. I would highly recommend if anyone has a problem with their printer or copy machine. This place save me a lot time and money. Definitely, coming back and ordering more toner/ink supplies for my office.”

“ook my laptop in yesterday (2/29). I had a problem with the AC jack, a part had fallen out of it years ago and I was finally attempting to revive it. I brought it in, and right away the owner could see what the problem was. I got a text later that day saying that it would be available the next day (3/1). I texted back in the early afternoon confirming if it was ready and it was! Obviously, whether your laptop is ready the next day depends on what you need to fix it and whether or not they have the part for it. If I have any future laptop or computer issues, The Laptop Experts will be the first place I go. A very good first impression!”

“My Zalman 1000W from 2009 has seen too many moves over the years, I think I have a broken solder joint. A technical tap turned it on while plugged into a power supply tester. Unfortunately my power supply is not under warranty anymore. I do want to say I had a very positive experience with Daniel and a quick reply for warranty service. I was most proud of my Zalman with the dual heat pipes and huge heat sinks 80 plus too. Yum”
