“I had my old MacBook Pro 2012 laptop battery replaced at WizFix Computers and Kuya Joey was a total pro!
He was super helpful, explained everything I needed to know clearly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently, despite some shipping delays of battery (it was over the weekend, so understandable). “Amazing MSI RMA Experience: They had fixed my problems with a defective monitor that has horizontal lines within Warranty. Afterwards, they had sent a new panel for me which it works. This took less than 20 business days for me (MSI Received June 12, 2026). They are very efficient. Overall, the Phone Support took last than 7 min to create a ticket. MSI Support reply quickly with instructions. You will get notifications/tracking. I would not trust the negative reviews. I am thankful for MSI Amazing Support!”
