This Cosmo prof is closer to my house than covinas but I prefer to go to the Covina location. The reason for this is because I went one time about 1 year ago and didn’t like the experience. It felt hostile speaking with the staff and unwelcoming. Recently I decided to give it another shot. Again was unsatisfied, there was only one sales educator on the floor and they didn’t greet or discuss products with me. I looked for her and asked questions and it was almost attitude like when I got a response. I immediately did not like the vibe and left to Sally’s in the plaza next door. I was ready to purchase product to but tbh the vibes were not it so I had to leave. The store is literally revolving around the beauty industry… be beautiful inside and out. Idk but I’m buying stuff for my hair and I didn’t want to start off with bad vibes when looking for product to do my self care. Manifestation no no right there.

It’s really nice. The lady isn’t racist. She either can’t hear well or has no experience with multi-cultural clientele.

Bad service! When I asked about the differences between the products, a lady just gave me some vague two-word answer based on what she saw, and pretended not to understand how I pronounced the brand name—or maybe you were mocking me on purpose. Then, another employee standing nearby went “pfft” and laughed at me. I asked is it funny? and they laughed even harder. please fix your guys attitude and stop being racist.

Honestly don’t know why they say they open at 8am when they don’t. I called many times nobody answered. At least change the time you open instead of being lazy. Horrible

I had a great experience today. I was greeted when I came into the store. Jessica was so patient with me. She didn’t make me feel rushed (as I can be indecisive sometimes 🤦♀️ )
She was knowledgeable about the machine that I was interested in. Although she was busy she took the time to get me the right machine to fit my preference.
Elizabeth was also great! She also took the time to help me with the coupon discount.
You ladies are amazing and that’s why I am giving this store 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been to other locations in LA. Cause I do house call… this is the best location I have ever seen, they are knowledgeable , friendly, and helpful. They are always the best . I’ve been coming here since they move from other plaza to this location. Just want to say thank you to everyone who working here .

My daughter and I had a very unpleasant experience today. Right from the moment we walked into Cosmoprof. The employee didn't greet us or say hello. Instead, she immediately asked, "Do you have a membership?" My daughter replied yes, but then the employee asked us again, "Do you have a membership? Because I am going to be asking for your ID," with a lot of attitude and bad energy. The store was empty, so there was no reason for her to be overwhelmed. This encounter made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She clearly needs customer service training. I'm sure this isn't the first time someone has experienced this kind of rude behavior. This store needs to improve their customer service significantly. We were enjoying our Sunday and this attitude made us feel as if we were about to steal. This woman needs self awareness tbh and should take interest in interpersonal skills and not affect the store’s bottom line.

The worst customer experience I have experienced in my life. I have never called corporate on a store but for this experience I had to. This store is filled with bullies and a bunch of lazy employees who make it a point to run off customers in order to stand around and chit chat like a bunch of high schoolers while “working hard”. Literally the words used by an employee who told us not to touch anything because they work hard there. Insane considering there was 5 employees doing nothing.

This is the best CosmoProf branch I've been to! They are knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is well organized and clean. Checkout is easy and no wait. The shelves are well stocked. Parking is not a problem too as there's a lot of slot available. I will be frequenting this branch from now on.
