Shame on the Store Manager and Daiso Corporation. I purchased 6 pcs of baking cups for my wife. The size was incorrect. I returned to the store in 5 days with receipt and product in brand new condition/UPC sticker all untouched. The Store manager would not even talk to me simply refusing to replace or refund or even take a look a the merchandise. I have searched online; many Daiso store in US will provide refund or exchange in 7 days. I tried to get the store manager's name (a she), she refuse to give her employee ID or name for me to work with the credit card company. If she did not do anything wrong and have nothing to hide, why not give her contact for the credit card company for case investigation.This is a shame for Daiso having store manager who does not even care about its customer or put an effort to communicate. I will be filling a case with DAISO US and Japan HQ, BBB, FTC along with my credit card company. I feel pity for Daiso to hired low quality service store manager like this. We will see if Daiso indeed cares about its customers or not soon as I will be contacting DAISO HQ in JP right away. Highly advised not go to the DAISO store next to 168 Market on Colima Rowland, Rowland Heights.

This was happened to me about a year ago, I entered the store without a mask. All of sudden the female manager came up to me and said ''If you don't ware a mask, you can not enter this store. Please ware a mask''. There was no sign about the mask requirement at the door. I seems like the mask mandate is controlled by her personal opinion. Well, they have less selections compare to other stores, I never went back to this store again since then.

I always enjoy Daiso and this one is just as good as all the other. The outside is interesting looking like the Wild West but inside is pretty standard. Reasonable prices and fun items to purchase.

I love visiting different Daiso locations. It is always my go-to place for certain drinks and snacks. The workers here were friendly and helpful. The store was nice, spacious, organized, and clean. Daiso never fails to disappoint me.

This store is right next to 168 markets. It is very convenient to find and get here. Parking is very easy and the store is very easy to find. When you enter the cashier will greet you.

Nice cute store for Japanese products for simple /moderate use.Light duty plates, cups, gardening, stationary items.Great place to buy cute present boxes, stores boxes, gift bags.Some japanese snacks if you are hangry while shopping.Cute plushies for emergency "I need to buy a gift" moments.

Dear Daiso, I know you are a chain store. I know you probably don't care about customer service and hires high school/college student for managers.... But you really need to stop charging customers more for the listed price ?! There are items with a special "sticker price" for $1.75 , $2 , $3 but ring up much higher. The least thing a store should do is charge the price you promoted. If the price is listed wrong either honor it or pull them off the shelve......otherwise isn't it false advertisement?!
