“HK2 Market is my favorite place to shop for fresh and authentic Asian groceries in Rowland Heights. The store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked with everything from crisp produce to live seafood and a huge variety of imported snacks and pantry items. I love that I can find products from all over Asia in one place—whether it’s Japanese ramen, Korean sauces, or fresh tropical fruits. The staff is friendly and helpful, and checkout is quick and efficient. Parking is plentiful, and the location is super convenient. If you love cooking Asian food or just want high-quality fresh ingredients, HK2 Market is a must-visit!”

“Staff are helpful. They don't always have what's in the ad that's why they're getting a 4 star. Prices on produce are usually lower than others. Today they had the nee doh chick eggs which will make great easter basket treats for the kids. Reasonable prices on seasonal attire. The bathing suit has interior mesh and love the corset back.”
“You wont find a better price for produce, only in your dreams. Im here twice a week. They may not last as long but that's why they are priced so well. We use everything within days n freeze the rest. Cart full of produce and ill spend less than 40$ and I know at any other chain grocery store it'd be at over 100$. Go see for yourself and you'll agree. I hope this place stays open forever!”
“Discovered Aldi during the CV19 shutdown scam. They never ran out of paper products like the big name stores. The produce is very affordable and if you don't mind off brand name products you can save your cash. Eggs are the best price anywhere, baking supplies, ice cream, desserts and good chicken prices.”
“I'm on my way to George's produce right now to pick up some cabbage and also to get some jalapenos this place is wonderful for low price deals they had Oreo cookies chocolate dip a box of 12 for $1.... yeah they may be a little out of date by like a month, but they're just as good and crispy as ever! “While in line I went to check for a drink in another fridge. The customer behind me assumed I was stepping out of line and started putting her stuff on the coveyer belt. This turned into a verbal argument between the other customer and I. I was pretty upset but knew this was an argument over spilled milk. No biggie. When I got to the cashier she seen everything that had happened and apologized even though the cashier was not involved in the little tiff. This cashier is really welcoming and kind. I didn't get to take a look at her name tag but she has beautiful brunette hair with blonde streaks. She deserves recognition for her courtesy.”
“Luv shopping here, it’s so convenient and there’s always something new to buy. The produce is always good and fresh. The meat and fish are always fresh and delicious. Online going in for kimchi, soups, sodas, and buying fresh beard and cakes for occasions and for work. It’s so easy to walk in and find a great deal. The staff is friendly and are always helpful.”

“This place is the best, I walk here all the time and if you have 6 dollars you can get 2 bags of chips or 1 bag of chips and 1 soda, AND you would still get change!! Place is clean and extremely cheap unlike the liquor across the street. This will always be my favorite market.”
“16pc chicken great buy at $14.99. It looks dry, but it's not. It's tender and juicy. I also bought chicken wings. The price was fair. The wings were tasty and meaty. They weren't messy like other wings. They're deep fried. Carlos took my preorder of chicken and did a great job. They were low on wings and he fried me a new batch of 2 pounds. I definitely will be ordering more chicken from them.”

Employees are nice, store is always clean, sometimes find some good clearance deals. Produce is fresh. Cilantro is actually fresher than El Super at times.”
“Love this place and the staff. This is my go-to for all my meal prep and lunch items for work. You save so much money shopping here it's a no-brainer. Once you know the products and the store layout, it's awesome. The quality of the goods is on point, and when you get to the registers, you walk away happy with what you paid. I've gone in and calculated my cart, rounded up, and walked out with the cart being cheaper than what the calculator told me it should have been. If you haven't checked it out yet, I highly suggest you do.”
“This place is truly a hidden gem. While the overall produce isn't anything to write home about, the many nick-nacks that line the shelves are where your money is spent. I purchased my 1yr old the cutest set of [authentic] maracas that he has yet to put down. As for myself, a Frida Khalo clutch and a vitaminwater for the drive home. All in all, I'm happy to have wandered into this store”

“This is a food wholesale shop that specializes in supplying food to restaurants. The store is very large. There are warehouses inside and shelves outside. Many of the ingredients here come from Asia. In particular, there are a wide range of foods from China. They are packed in large boxes. Each item is very expensive and very suitable. When the hotel comes here and purchases, I often come here. The service attitude of the boss and staff is very good. We like it here”
“I changed my review from a one star to 4 stars because the employees were super nice and cordial today. I was shocked and happy about the change, considering that they use to have a grouchy cashier lady giving my elderly mom attitude. I think it's great that they improved customer service and I have to say, this place is clean. I can't comment on freshness of produce since I only came here today for an emergency Chinese sauce purchase. This 99 was not my first choice after my past experience with this store, but it was a pleasant surprise and nice shopping experience! I hope they continue on this trajectory.”

“I usually shop at this 99 Ranch Market on Nogales Street in Rowland Heights. I stopped coming for a short while in the past due to some parking lot safety concerns, but I am glad to be back. This store always carries an incredible variety of brands and different Asian snacks. While running errands this morning, I noticed their Mid-Autumn Festival display is up for September. Just like in previous years, they have a massive selection of mooncakes. They even have the limited-edition Maxim Kuromi mooncakes right now! The packaging is absolutely adorable, and they are currently on sale. I also love getting their grab-and-go sushi from the deli section. This time, I noticed a new item: shrimp spring rolls. They are a unique fusion, like a crossover between a Vietnamese gỏi cuốn and a Japanese sushi hand roll. My daughters and I tried them, and they were absolutely delicious and refreshing! To top it all off, the cashier, Ming, was incredibly friendly and welcoming.”
