They have good product not only with pharmacy but also cosmetics , food and other product . It's a very wholesome pharmacy store ! Highly recommended

Came here to pick up some ice cream, however the shop is running fans inside on a hot hot day. There is no AC, the shelves are half empty, they are out of stock of half of their items. I thought they were just closing the store but reading the reviews below it seems maybe this is normal for this location. To top it off it feels a bit unsafe, some homeless are setting up in the parking lot in this area. A lady walked out who seemed to be on drugs / talking to herself while heading out. Be wary of coming here even if for a quick pick up.

Went here today and literally felt like hell inside. I asked an employee and they said "it's like this every summer". I can't believe a corporation like Rite Aid would let their employees and customers suffer like this. I'm tempted to go back with a thermometer and record a video of how hot it is inside. They're running temporary AC units to keep it within 90 plus degrees inside. I'm not even joking. I'm reporting this to OSHA, no employee should be forced to work like this. I hope upper management sees this review.

I was picking up medicine here for myself. I asked the pharmacist how to take my medicine and his response was "I don't know" straight to my face and laughed. 1. How the hell are you going to have a pharmacist at the pharmacy and he doesn't know how to take the medicine he's giving out? 2. This is super unprofessional and honestly scary because you're giving people medicine that can seriously hurt them if not instructed correctly. 3. Been coming to this Rite Aid location for years but honestly I'm a go somewhere else. This is ridiculous!

While I don't usually like to write lower star rating reviews. I'm afraid I had to here. I second all other reviewers who sent a two-star review here. So I randomly decided to shop here but didn't find any sales. Instead, I bought what I didn't need. The only sale worthy of mention was backyard decorations. I got me a couple of those super cute gnomes. I even took some pics down below to show what I got this time. I also tried a different brand of what I thought was an energy type of drink but it tuned out nasty, so I had to dump half the drink away. Well, it said 'Coffee energy,' drink so I thought 'why not give it a shot.' I wasn't gonna do that again though, lessons learned. Always stick to the brands you know. The cashier I came across was mediocre. She was by herself serving the ice cream area and cash wrap, so she was a tad tied up. I had to wait a tad to get to my turn, but when it was finally my turn, the whole experience just turned out meh. I'm not coming back here but will try another Rite Aid if I need anything from this chain in the future.

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff always answer the phone in a timely manner and are always working so hard. The younger male pharmacist Gary is always so sweet and patient. You can tell he cares about his patients and is always helping his own staff too. He is also super knowledgeable and I know I can ask him multiple questions without him trying to rush me. The lady pharmacist is also always so kind and helpful! Like any Dr office or pharmacy we expect to wait and this pharmacy does a good job getting my medication out in a good amount of time. They treat me well here.

I usually like this rite aid for their fast, efficient response and service especially with the drive thru. But it's so ridiculous when you receive text saying your medication is ready but then they had me waiting for 20mins not knowing where my medication is. The pharmacist guy in glasses has some anger issues too I think. He's just never smile & would respond you in loud unpleasant voice when you ask him questions. Seriously, it's getting horrible and Im thinking of moving my refills to other pharmacy.

Was buying ice cream at rite aid the store clerk was super busy there was a line and I see the manager minding her business in the back. Seems toxic af like come help your coworker there are many ppl. Finally she comes out and then while I'm being ringed up an old lady comes in and asks where the lemon juice is for cocktails. No joke these two employees, including the manager are both clueless bouncing questions off eachother and no one wanted to help I was like are y'all for real rn. So I said ok let me help you find it and left the checkout to find the lemon juice for her and we found it. Ridiculous manager had zero leading exp and d*** af for not helping the customer and another customer had to do their jobs. Laughable.

I have a previous bad experience with a technician. Today, I tried to pick up refill I called 5 days ago. The clerk told me I have no prescription. I told her I called it in and called the male pharmacist. He said they're trying to resolve and if I need it right away I have to pay it in cash. I asked why I was not informed. Then he told me to go inside because there is lot of people waiting. I told him the reason why you're employees are rude, is because they see first hand how you deal with customers.

There's a reason why this location has such low ratings. Especially for the workers at the pharmacy. My family & I had an appt for a drive through PCR test. We arrived at our scheduled time in the drive through window. The lady working the drive through was a nightmare to work with. We gave her our check in code for our appt. She actually had us zoom into our confirmation email so she could see our confirmation code for our appt. Which we gladly obliged. She started typing something on her computer & immediately started blaming us for not any of our information in her system. How is it our fault? She had such a nasty attitude. We explained to her in order for us to get an appt, we had to create an acct w/our name, address, phone number, insurance info etc. We did everything we were suppose to do on our part. She went back n forth saying she didn't have any information on her end. We gave her our all of information again. My husband was very nice and polite and she kept giving him a hard time. Told us to come back another day. She could hear me tell my husband that I wanted to speak to a supervisor & she told him to come back in 20 mins. So we left the drive through & parked our car. About 15mins later, she called back & said my daughter can get the PCR test & we can't cause she couldn't get our info. By this time I was pretty upset! I told my husband to put her on speaker & I told her wanted to speak to a supervisor. She could tell I was livid! She then rudely said " Fine" and put us on hold. I knew she wasn't going to get a supervisor. We were on hold for a while. I decided to call with my phone while my husband was still on hold oh his. Sure enough, I was able to get a supervisor right away. I explained everything to him. He put me in a quick hold and all of a sudden everything was fxed and we could go back to the drive through to get our test. It was obvious the lady at the drive through did not want to help us. Most likley too lazy to enter our information into her computer. Sometimes it takes a few tries. She obviously did not want to do it. Don't take it out on us. Her attitude was what really upset me. Very rude & unprofessional. This is not how you treat people. This caused unnecessary stress for and shouldn't have happened.

Terrible place!!! Wish I can give zero out of five star . Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Long wait time. Can't wait to stop getting refill here. Waited more than 10 mins for the drive thru. No one bother to check the long line out there until I called and let the place know. Ridiculous!!!

Since Johnny the manager left, the staff is awful. The main pharmacist left just before Johnny did. The drive up window is used as a torture device" you bake in the heat or freeze in the cold" you can not run your engine that long sitting still. What will they do when all electric cars start dying in the line for the window. On most days you are in line in the window for 20-30 minutes. Since Covid it has just gotten worse, the staff do not care about the customers at all. The store is clean most of the time, do not use the restroom for your safety.
