“***This review is for ATM use only*** I was in the Rowland Heights area yesterday evening. I needed to make some deposits at Wells Fargo Bank (WFB). There were 3 ATMs right outside in front of the bank. Very well lit which is great. Thank you WFB! It was late in the evening so I was constantly looking around to ensure nobody was lingering besides the people who are using the ATMs LOL. Surprisingly, while I was here making multiple deposits, there were at least 4 other customers who came by to use the ATM as well. Luckily, they came at different times so there wasn't a line. I normally don't visit the ATM at night... this occasion was indeed an exception! Happy Late Night Banking!”

“Melissa is a very knowledgeable banker, I came last sunday to pull out a loan, she updated me on my income to debt ratio, my FICO score, and how the payments for my debt are split into two (interest and the actually loan) I never knew that, which I appreciated very much. Today I came in to open a checking account with Kimberly another excellent banker, she was also very informative and genuine. She let me know all the benefits of my new account, which was very helpful. Also asking if it was okay to follow up in 10 business days as well as a 3 month follow up. Their service speaks for itself, and it's not just like they're just here to open accounts or give out loans, they really care about what they're doing for the customer. Thanks Melissa and Kimberly.”
