Customer service is good, a lot of problems solved on time

Was there just a week ago, the new customer service rep in the Rowland Height store is excellent, he’s been very patient and articulate. I was impressed that he even explained it all in my Taiwan dialect. Finally I got my questions all clarified.

I think Italk BB's camera work really well. I got them for my parent and they said is really easy to check on their house. Great product!
