I am so tired of people taking up some machines and just texting on their phone or just simply taking 20+ minutes sometimes I skip my workouts because people are very inconsiderate I dont have time to wait and nor do I have time to argue with people.

Came in ask for a massage chair they gave me a token for 5 mins I’m pretty sure it’s a standard 10 mins so I should have gotten two. . And they don’t take cash how i can I purchase anything of the grid

Too damn many treadmills.facility is decent in size. If your a boxing or mma practitioner not your style.UFC is down the street one block away.they Do Not have any boxing bags whatsoever

The employees of this store discriminate against people and don't let us go to the gym. The black card said to return the card decisively. The boss should fire such employees。Negative comments
I have refunded my membership card. This employee discriminates against people and doesn't let me bring my friends in! When applying for a black card, it said that you can take someone. Isn't this cheating members?

By far the cleanest and most organized PF location I've visited over the last 9 years. Including equipment, restrooms and overall facilty.
Great atmosphere and PF personnel is very attentive. Definitely a 10/10!

This store show timming in Google 24hr open but it's wrong..I reach 3.28am and McDonald's is closed..so pls update or change timming in Google so nobody can upset.

Gym wasn’t too bad. Pretty clean. Decent amount of space. The only thing is that I wish that there were more smith bar machines, and there are only 4 of them, so you have to wait if they’re being used.

The short woman at the front desk was terrible. I couldn't walk freely into the black card member club of the gym, she would stop me. I couldn't enter the bathroom freely, she would ask me to change into sneakers before going to the bathroom. In short, her existence was to be a dog blocking the road. You couldn't go anywhere but to the treadmill. Following her instructions, I almost thought I was at her house. This seemed to be a public place, not her home. I thought I could freely enter and exit my black card member area, I could freely take a bath, and I could also decide not to run on the treadmill. She should be fired because if I hadn't restrained myself just now, there would have been bloodshed. I would have punched her in the nose and told her to get out of my sight.

Cynthia at the front desk is a great representative! She represents Planet Fitness in a professional and awesome way.
Upon check in, I had to update my payment info. She kindly informed me and then further assisted me in some other membership questions. She even double checked on FURTHER information to give me on my way out the gym. No one cares to go the extra mile in informing people. Especially doing it with a smile. Finding kind and efficient customer service is hard to come by these days but she made things easy. That makes my decision to come to this gym even easier! Thank you, Cynthia! For answering questions and informing people the way you do. Thank you PF For making the gym experience less painful for me by having great and helpful employees!
